The rental location was easy to find. Gas stations in the area are better on Michigan avenue and Wyoming They don't want Wyoming near the facility. The vehicle was clean and presentable. However there was no utility dolly strapped on the inside of the truck. We did not know that until we got to our destination to begin the loading process. Since I did the rental online there really was no assistance outside with the vehicle. The key drop off was great a great location easy access back in to return the truck. Thank you again
