uddin jamalThis location had the wrong address and phone number. It took us over a hour just to get our truck which pushed our moving process back, and caused a lot of issues. We went to a U-Haul location near by to help us find the location they called the manager for that location and he didn’t even know the exact address. This was a very unprofessional stressful process.
Kamari ClarkI had a great experience renting a U-Haul cargo van from Deleague because of an awesome employee named Mike. First he helped me get the U-Haul out of a tight spot when someone had parked me in. Then, when U-Haul couldn’t help me with a reservation issue over the phone, Mike took care of everything himself on the computer. He made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy. All of this happened in the evening, and frankly I don’t know what I would have done if Mike hadn’t been there to help me. He was friendly, laid back, and great at his job. I’ll definitely rent from Deleague and encourage others to do the same.

yanis buzhinskiyEverything was good the service was great but, the truck made a very strange noise when ever I stop on a red light, I would have to put the truck on neutral when ever I stoped, to stop the loud noise. It also had very strong oder a bad oder so I had to keep the windows down other than that it was good
Rosa FuentesOverall, a poor and disappointing experience. I had originally booked a reservation at a different location, but U-haul assigned me to pick up here due to limited availability. I did not want to pick up from this location since they didn't open until 9am, so there would be no customer service rep, and I would have to use the app. Upon pickup, the U-haul app did not work (no fault of location). Once the app started to work, and I was verified, I had to unlock an old, difficult-to-use lock that took a couple of minutes to figure out. Worst of all, this location forgot to include furniture pads in my u-haul truck. As I picked up before 9am, there was no one I could speak to to get furniture pads, so I was forced to drive off without furniture pads, which made my move much more difficult. Overall, a really negative experience. Some of this was U-Haul's fault (rescheduling pickup for different location, app not working) and some of this was the location's fault (difficult-to-use lock, no furniture pads).
