The attendant did not know what he was doing. I had to move the vehicles because no one was there to provide guidance as too where to park them. Then I was charged for fuel even though when I picked up the vehicles there was no fuel in them.

Clean the truck before renting it. Leaving raw meat in the cab, only to let it rot in the sun for days and leaving it for your customers to clean up is the worst U Haul experience ever...EVER! I should be paid back to have to buy cleaning products just to clean up your mess. The drop off UHaul dealer charged them a cleaning fee just because now they are responsible for cleaning that horror show up.

I reserved a 26 foot truck from Ace Hardware in Dover. I called the day before to ensure my reservation. I was told the truck was there. I arrived the next morning and was told the truck wasn't returned by the previous renter. I had 8 people I was paying to help with the move sitting on their hands for an hour & 1/2 while I drove 30 miles out of my way to get a much smaller 20 foot truck at the closest available dealer. The rep at Ace Hardware said there was nothing he could and gave me Uhaul #. I called and was given a $50.00 credit. As appreciative as it is, it cost more me $120.00 in lost wages paying for help that wasted 1 1/2 hour waiting for me to return with the truck. This is unacceptable! The dealer at Delroy Market was very accommodating.

Didnt check me correctly. Had to drive over an hour to pick the trailer up because the original location said they didn't have one at the last minute after I had it booked for a week. All around poor quality and not what I expect from uhaul.

Nothing! The experience was great at “every turn!” Plus the pickup & drop off locations were close to home thanks again. I would rent from uhaul again !

Before the cashier would allow me to take truck he took a picture of my driver's license and my credit card with his personal cell phone first. I've since canceled that credit card, awaiting arrival of new one. Then will have to go online and change several auto pays to update to new account. Had also paid for moving blanket rental and never received those either.

I needed a truck. He wasn't there to do the application so he wanted pics of my license and credit card. I did it because I needed truck. The cashier sent him the pics. He did the application from wherever he was. Also the gas was just below half a tank. I put it at just below half. I have pics of mileage and fuel levels. You can't understand the dude and I'm not liking how he had pics of my credit card and ID.

He charged me a 1.07 $ for something I had no idea what that was for but he said he couldn't close out my account without charging me something did not understand

Had to wait an hour and a half on the guy to get there because no one else knew how to rent one out. If I wasn't in a bind, I wouldn't have rented it. Poor way to do business. I will not rent from there again.

I was scheduled to pick up the truck at 8:00 a.m. I arrived at the location at 8 and no one was available to process me. After multiple phone calls to the person/ people in charge of this 45 minutes later I received the keys with no copy of the contract and no pre trip vehicle inspection by the people in charge. I told them to come out and look at the vehicle before I left because of the fact that I was not going to be held responsible for the damage on the truck that was already there. This operation was very poor and I will never get ANYTHING from this location again!!!!

We were charged for a whole extra day, I do not feel we should have been. It was returned on a Sunday evening 3 hours past its returned time. Also we received it with the gas tank 1/2 full. Returned at 3/4 full.. Never received a credit for that.

This location for one was not the area I requested to pick up the uhaul to begin with and the service sucked was waiting there ten min before opened got right in then didn't leave with uhaul till 10:30 while people were waiting at house to help us move belongings on top this was over charged by nearly 175 $ which has never been fixed and the trailer was missing a chain for rigging which was incorrect to begin with I would never recommend this location to anyone the people running it were clueless on what they were doing
