The ice was so bad that our vehicle nearly slid into the other things in the parking lot. No one was at the location or answering the phone when we arrived and when I tried to track them down they tried to claim they had been there the whole time though their vehicles were not parked there before I left and came back. This place should be closed

DENISE ANN-MARIE LARMOND-BENNETT0 STAR! From the start it was a disaster, unit was very dirty inside cab and in truck box. Check engine light was on and it started poorly. The person running the business wasn't even around and out of canada. He is running a business out of an empty parking lot with a little shack to call his office. I went to return it late and didn't think much of it. I dropped it off at 430pm, he said he will call me back. Calls me 3 hrs later. Then he said he will get someone to check if it's there. Next day he calls me and threatens me with cops and said I need to return the unit which I already did. He also called me a liar and said there was no evidence of me calling to drop it off. I took screenshots of calls, pictures and videos from pick up and drop off with exact fuel and mileage and location without those proof idk if I would've been in trouble for a simple late return. So unprofessional and poor attitude. I used uhaul many times before this was the worse experience I had. Avoid this location at all costs

Office turned out to be a 6x8 trailer on wheels and drop box was a cut out flap in the wall. For a company this size you would think there would be minimum standards

Dilip MandavaNo signage. No people. I would have not found the location if I didn't happen to see the other U-Haul equipment in the parking lot behind a church and a fence. I attempted to call the phone number but no answer and could not leave a message. I would not have been able to drop off the trailer if it was not for Mike's lube in GP who informed me that I could drop off the trailer through the online app. The app does work well and is quite easy.

sandra blackburnThe “office” is a very old 6’x10’ trailer that has seen better days….they didn’t even have a furniture dolly that I had requested to rent as well. The truck was in great condition and the staff checked me in and out when the mobile check-in became more of a pain than needed.

John BudgellI had mentioned no insurance was required ($10.00 charge) but it was added in and then at that time when the contract was being drawn up, I noted this and asked to have it removed and the gentleman attempted to remove it but said he could not. Either he didn't know how to remove it....or I got dooped for $10.00. Also I had to move around a second trailer using MY vehicle as this trailer was blocking in the one I had rented. a bit of an annoyance as I was limited for time.

IQBAL ZAFARTook 40 minutes to check out the equipment. Staff was checking emails while I sat there waiting. Refused to print a copy of the contract and told me it would be okay to leave without a copy, which is wrong. If I were to be stopped by a law enforcement officer without a contract, they would assume I stole the equipment. Additionally, the equipment was filthy inside and out, and so was their facility. Their door into the building didn't even have a handle on it. Operates out of a concealed parking lot with absolutely no signage to show they are even there. Completely ridiculous.

The pick up was a bit weird too, the fact i had to enter a little portable shack in the back of a parking lot felt a little unsafe, so i choose to drop off after hours to not have to deal with that again

tedros gebrekristosThe location is literally a dingy old rotting trailer in the middle of a different company parking lot, wouldn’t even call it a location, dropped the trailer off 15 minutes late and they tried charging me another full days rent, and when I picked up the trailer, the guy told me he needed me to give him a ride to the other location on the other side of town cause he left his car there and brought a uhaul truck to park at that location.

Garland HillierWhen we pre-ordered our uhaul with Dolly. They did not have the one we needed for moving. We needed the larger dolly for our larger and heavier items we loaded. The service took longer than expected because of the dolly not being what we requested and we wanted the blankets in the back of the uhaul. So we needed to get refunded. Other than that using the truck was very helpful for our move to St Paul. Also we appreciated this location giving us a call to make sure when we were coming to pickup our truck and helping us find his location.

Habtom ZemichaelThe man was combative when trying to explain what happened with the vehicle being at the wrong location when we received it and didn’t want to help us with talking to customer service. Charged us for extra miles even though we ordered the uhaul near our place and charged us for gas even though no one explained it to us before we picked up the uhaul that we had to leave it with more gas then we received it. Over all an unpleasant experience to end a long and tiring move that took us over a month of planing 4 days of packing and also involved a boat. If I can I will be avoiding using this service.
Clayton CastelTruck was full of white dog fur and pretzels! Washer fluid empty! Reservation was scheduled for 8am and wasn’t able to get our truck until 9am because there was no agent at the pickup location! Had to wait for him to arrive from the opposite side of town! Told us “he had other things he needed to be doing other than being there!” Got a call from a uhaul representative offering a $25 voucher on our bill of over $1000! Let’s just say thankfully moving won’t be in our near future and if we do we will certainly be looking at other options!

There are no signs indicating where the UHaul compound is. it was raining and the employee was reluctant to step out of the office to show us where the office was. We ordered a heavy duty dollie and it wasn't in the 6'x12' trailer so he had to check other vehicles for it. A very dishearting experience, to say the least. i DEFINETLY would not recommend this location to anyone.
Arlen BjerlandLocation was a little difficult to navigate to. Signage for entry would help. Phoning the number was helpful but the call clarity was poor at first. Otherwise easy maneuvering area and processing was fast.

Kim TaysHave everything ready for pickup at the same location. There was no wire hookup for trailer at Gregiour location but one at Taganova location. I was informed it would take 2 hours to get this wire delivered,it’s only a 15 minute drive from Taganova to Gregiour . I had to get it picked up myself. This is not good for further business from myself.

Brian TheriaultWas told to leave a trailer I am responsible for in a random parking lot to be picked up at a later time. No signs for business, proper place for equipment to be stored, trailer had no leg or jack to store it in the parking lot so I had to leave a piece of dunnage as a wheel chock.

Daniel Dgebiemariamthe place they’re operating out of is actually just a very small trailer office and a horrible to find location. when i received the truck it wasn’t full and they had the contract listing more than what was truly in the tank and tried to charge me for extra fuel after i returned it. luckily i took photos of before and after and i had the fuel exactly what it was when i picked it up. after some time on the phone and sending the rep the photo proof they refunded me the gas charge. if renting from this location take photos of everything. they will charge you for things you didn’t use or have if you don’t.
Ryan BestTold me they moved locations the day before drop off. When I called I got text messages in return and told text instead. They gave me the wrong address repeatedly. Were not there when we arrived, had no parking for the trailer out front where I was told to put it. The whole experience should have taken 5-10 min. But this location turned it into a scavenger hunt that took more than 40 min to drop off one trailer. I will do everything in my power to never use U-Haul again. Very poor experience
Chad ChadThere was nobody around to inspect the dropped off trailer. Phone call went straight to voicemail mail. It took better part of 1/2 hr on the phone with dealer in Leduc to figure out where to drop off. No word from Ft McMurray dealer at all.

Dwayne LushThey need to be professional in terms of time. I already booked online so that we can get the truck on time but we waited 2hrs just to get the key. Not happy👎 .. The truck really needs to have a proper maintenance. Steering wheel wiggle at high speed and tire needs to be change.
