Thee self check-in process was slow, tedious, and repetitive. I did the pre-checkin, but then had to enter all the information again when I picked up the van. Then, I had to go inside to get the key, negating the whole purpose of self check-in. I will not be doing the self check-in again.

Mark OLocks for key were frozen. Windshield was frozen with wipers frozen. Lock to open back was frozen. Seal to back was frozen. Nothing is weather proofed. Making it difficult for costumer.

eric wMy order was changed from a moving truck to a cargo van without my consent because someone else wanted to rent the truck I reserved for Saturday on the next day Sunday. My pick up was a disaster, I wasn’t able to use the drop off mobile off because it never showed I picked up the truck. I ordered a dolly, there was no dolly. All around very disappointing for what I was charged.
Jeremy YI ordered an appliance dolly and received a regular dolly and then was charged for both. The truck was unsafe to drive due to bad brakes, loose steering, and the transmission shifted hard. I had to have a friend who drives semis come drive it and he said it wasn't safe at all.

cathy HI wasn’t expecting to be able to get a truck at the last minute at my local uhaul provider. Thankfully they were able to provide me with a truck,and great friendly customer service. Quick and easy pick up and drop off when we were done.

Larry BIt was very easy to pick up my truck. The whole process went so smoothly. The rate was the deciding factor for me. This was very reasonable for a moving truck of this size.

John HI requested to drop the van off in my contract but apparently this location doesn't accept this type of vehicle. How the hell is this my problem?? I got charged a wrong location fee. Total bullshit. I didn't even get notified that I was supposed to take it somewhere else. UHaul sucks. Will never use this company again.

Benjamin SU-Haul truck was not scheduled for contactless pickup despite me selecting the Truck Share 24/7 option. The pick up location was closed on the weekend and U-Haul had it set up for an in person pickup, which meant I was not able to pick up the truck on time. I was on hold for 2 hours and was paying the movers to sit around and wait. The reservation was finally corrected and I was able to take possession of the U-Haul. Truck was less than clean and had animal fur and dirt scattered throughout the cab of the truck. Once the reservation was corrected, the process did go smoothly.
Zachary YHad to install and uninstall trailer at pick up and drop-off locations. Do it yourself check/in bar code was difficult to find and didnt work at drop off.
Richard V26' truck destroyed/damaged much of the contents during the move. Ride in cab was rough as expected of a super duty, but the back was apparently much worse. Cracked solid oak furniture. Marks indicating items were thrown up the walls of the truck. Smashed glassware. Damaged appliances. Everything inside the bed went from a single layer to stacked randomly on top of each other. Still waiting to hear back from the "contact us with any problems" form on why the trip was this rough in a basically new truck.
