Facility was not open, during working hours, when I returned. I was charged $122.06 instead of $37.45. Receipt says I dropped off in Maine and I actually dropped off in Chapel Hill, NC. Receipt says I dropped off on July 15 qnd I actually dropped off on July 12.

The checkin process took so long and we never saw how much gas was in the vehicle before we drove off. We drove 8 miles, gas gauge was still in the same spit as when we left yet we were charged an extra $10 on return for gas.

This was not the location that we signed up for. This location was about 30 minutes away from where we signed up to return the Uhaul. This location was changed by Uhaul when we rented the Uhaul in TN. This was frustrating.The people at this location were very nice and extremely helpful. The location was just too far away from my destination and required me to back track over 30 miles.

the trailer was supposed to be picked up in Hyannis MA. come to find out, they don't even carry that size trailer in the area. why would you let me reserve a trailer not even available in that area? we had to go out of our way to Wareham to get a trailer without messing our plans to close on a house. Thankfully, Al in Wareham would stay open beyond normal hours to assist us so we didn't lose our closing. very unhappy with the experience to say the least. thankfully customer service answered also. crazy!!

They charged me for pads and a 2 wheeler I did not use or order. They were not ready for me. The can was covered in snow and ice. I had to wait close to 45 minutes for them to get it ready for me. The counter person did not know what he was doing. He had to call down his wife to finish the process. It was not a good experience.
