The trucks change oil light was on when I got the truck. Then when I return the truck the wedsite would not finish the return. Returned the truck on 12-8 @ 8pm but after taking all the pictures the program froze up. Now my truck is not showing it's returned.

latrese johnsonThe no contact pick/drop off was a nightmare. Our truck was rented to two people so we had to wait around to figure out how to get a different uhaul all the while Design 4 (uhaul location) was closed. It was unnecessarily stressful. We have also been charged a cleaning fee even though the uhaul was spotless and have not been reimbursed for the additional 1/2 tank of gas ($40) we added.

Andres JimenezCheck out process was fine. The site was nicely marked so we knew we were in the correct place.
Emily PachunkaThe online system is highly over complicated and finicky. It took over an hour for the process to actually allow me to get the keys from the drop box. The website crashed about 3 times and made me log back in to finalize the transaction. I don't know how you would fix this problem, but maybe you need to expand the size and processing power of your servers in order to accommodate a larger number of users towards the end and beginning of each month.
Preston Scott2 weeks later I have 4 different charges to my account for this same rental.....never again will I rent here or from uhaul! Still on hold 30 mins later trying to fix this problem
Natalie DavisI was told I would get 88 miles before I would be charged. According to my calculations I drove the rental at the most 80 miles.
Bill RoederTold to use mobile checkout, which didn't work. Spent almost 2 hours trying to check out vehicle with 3 levels of support.
Steve TrippI was asked to pick up the truck one day earlier than planned and that they would not charge for the extra day. That was fine but the only problem with that was 15 extra miles had to be added to the mileage charge because of where it had to be stored the extra day. That gave me a $15 extra charge because of the $.99 a mile.
sharla yorkI don't think there was anything that needed improvement. Nick at design 4 was very helpful and the truck was in great shape. The process was very simple and I would definitely use them again.
