The location was easily accessible, and the staff was friendly. However, the trailer I rented was parked under an oak tree. It was full of leaves, empty drinking cups, etc.. Also, the tongue of the trailer was visibly bent, and didn’t pull straight, and the trailer brakes clearly did not work as you could feel the trailer pushing the vehicle, and I could smell the brakes on several occasions. Some of the tie down locations were broken off, which made it a little more challenging to tie down the load. Also, I’m not sure if the bent tongue made the trailer more difficult to pull by causing more resistance, but it affected the fuel mileage much more than pulling trailers in the past.

Dana BI was asked to return the truck early I had the truck for 3 days and the first day they asked me to return early for another family so why was I charged so much when they did need a truck at this location. I was not refunded anything! It should not have been that expensive I even told the employees it's never cost that much. I feel ripped off from this uhaul.

Joe MThere are several U-Haul locations in my town. I don't know why I had to drive 14 miles and also have to pay a bridge toll to pick my truck up. I originally reserved it for pickup in Niceville, Florida but ended up having to go to Destin, Florida to pick it up. U-Haul should have brought the truck to Niceville for pickup, not make me go get it.
