Wasn't swept out, right turn signal bulb out.
derwin narvaezTruck wasn’t ready when I got there. The key was in the lockbox and they didn’t know which key opened the box. I also requested an appliance dolly. Was advised there was a dolly in the back of the truck already. I was moving a large safe which required the appliance dolly and had to change my plans based on the agents misinformation. Also, the trucks blinkers didn’t work correctly.
Nicholas WillettDon’t charge people for fillets and utility fillets if the location doesn’t have it. I got charged 20 extra dollars for something I didn’t get to use. Also if it wasn’t for a worker showing up early our key wasn’t in the lock box so we ended up having to wait 25 min just to get the dang key.
Jared UlmerI originally wanted a uhaul from another place nearby because they opened at 8:30. It was automatically switched to this location because I guess they had a 15’ trailer and the other didnt… so I was like ok, not a big deal. Well the new location didnt even open until 9:30 so we had to just wait outside and we were drenched in sweat before we even got the truck. The reason why I wanted to get the truck earlier was so we could get work done before the Texas heat kicked in. Also I paid to rent a dolly and never got it because it was “stolen” so I’m hoping I can at least get a refund on that…. It was a pretty miserable move all around. Not cool

Paul QuirogaI guess I'm old school and prefer that personal touch. I had to figure out everything myself about the truck. I did have to call 1800 UHaul to confirm gas type. I'm not very app savvy and found it very frustrating.

Paul QuirogaI used the online pick up and drop off. pick up was fine, but dropping off after hours and using the app was frustrating! took way too much time and the number of photo's required and the apps poor function made it very hard to check out. I will NEVER use this method ever again. The truck also was very loud, like the muffler was disconnected. its clear U-haul keeps the lessor maintained vehicles for local use and clearly don't care about maintenance. this experience was sub-par at best, U-Haul has really dropped in quality. Absolutely hated this rental experience.

Donna AustinCustomer service was rude and when I would ask questions, the response was usually given back with annoyance. Also, the employee did not get all my information so dropping off the Uhual after hours was a bigger pain than should have been having to call customer service and sort it out.

Robert Martinezon line I rented an appliance dolly. not until I reached location was I informed 1 wasn't available. no prior notice was given by phone, e mail, text etc. so I had to go out looking for one to rent to complete my move. needless to say this was wasted time I didn't have as I was paying movers to help load and unload. never use this location and m,ay never use u-haul again.
Paul RansomFix your U-Haul App, my entire experience was supposed to be done with the App and it didn't work once. This survey doesn't not reflect that but if I could give your App a rating, I would give it a less than poor rating.
Glenn GossettNot advertised that they only deal in trucks but gladly took the trailer. Long 24 hour drive and did not want to drive all over.

john fisherHad a bad experience. Went with the phn access for the truck. However there is no internet service at this location. So how are you suppose to complete all the steps with no internet. We showed that this location had internet however it was locked. Possibly have access for 30 minutes to your internet service for people to to connect. We were an hr late helping the people move.

lin gibsonI was charged almost double the amount even though I picked up my uhaul a half hr late. I returned it only a hr after the scheduled time. This is ridiculous and poor service.
Raymond SankeyThe 2 people you had working that wasn't very friendly. Slow about doing things. I went there before I went to pick up the uhaul, I just wanted to see how big it was inside. They had me walk to the truck, then I couldn't see inside the truck it was to closed to the fence. Then I had to walk back inside to get one of them to move the truck. But at that time we took the little cart . I will not go back
Donna JensenThey said I damaged the lower right skirt of thier truck. They pulled the truck in the shade & I must have missed the damage upon inspection. I didn't even come close to anything to cause the damage. Cost me $85. Not very happy.
Michael McQuilleni think the expectations regarding scratches on the vehicle seemed a little bit over the top. When you are driving a truck pebbles bouncing From the roadway could make the marks that are captured. Thankfully all went fine. People at the location were fantastic
Terry SpanoI did self pick up all went well. I used the truck to pick up 3 small things. I did not go over the truck with a fine tooth comb. My fault. What i loaded in this truck did not damage tge truck in anyway. The manager called to tell me about scratches and gouge in liner. The 3 things i loaded in truck would not cause this damage. I will not use uhaul again. RIDICULOUS!

Andrew PhilpottThe truck and equiment was reserved 3 days before I picked up the truck. When i arrived to pick up the truck, the truck was ready, but the additional moving equipment I ordered was not available. The employee told me she couldn't do anything for me except credit my account. This is four times in a row I have used Uhaul and my order has not correctly been received by me.

Sheryle NallI had a reservation scheduled across from my storage unit I rented, the day I was supposed to pick it up I called the location and was told there was a family emergency and they would close at 1:00, I advised I could be there about 12:20 before they close I was told no my reservation was moved. I don't feel I should have to pay for the additional mileage and the waste of time it took to get to the Devon location!
shanna rocksI've been using this location for storage for my store and most recently a rental vehicle to move items. They are always very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely use them again if the need arises.

SHANE GREENLEEyour rates are to high, to charge .89 mile plus requiring gas refueled is double charging the customer. The only reason I used your service was last minute need or I would have borrowed a friend's pickup. However, on the positive note, the agent who took care of us, he was outstanding.
