The method of picking up the truck and the time needed to do all the paperwork was horrendous and we finally called and had Stephanie on the line who worked with us for over an hour to complete the paperwork required. If I had to rent again in this area, I would use Penske.Randy S.

When we got to the location and tried to check in, the website told us that we had to wait until the location opened to pick up the truck, even though it was an hour after our scheduled pick up time. I put $20 with of gas in the tank and I got charged for not putting gas in. The mileage was 35 miles. 35 miles is not $20 worth of gas. Dwayne's Auto Center basically stole $32 from me and charged me when I put the correct amount of gas back into the tank. I would NEVER rent another Uhaul from Dwayne's Auto Center and I will go with Penske next time I need to rent a truck.Sara G.

The only thing that I was unhappy with was the u-haul app. It would not accept the picture of the odometer reading for whatever reason. I spent 30 minutes trying to make it work and another 45 minutes on the phone waiting on an agent to verify my return of the truck. I had to drop truck at a different location. I have never gone through the online drop off steps. UHaul had always done it for me. I had no instruction of what to do from an actual person. The attendants were leaving as I got there and barely gave me any instructions. I was able to figure it out but if they hadn't been there i wouldn't have had a clue.JULIE D.
i think that you could allow the correct mileage that it takes to drive and drop off one way, i was allowed 84 when in fact the mileage was 97 miles, although it did not cost a whole lot extra it's still the fact that it did and people running the rentals should know how many miles to give, if you do this to everyone i imagine that the U-Haul company or someone is making a great deal of profit by not adding in these extra miles, nobody likes to feel like they were screwed even if it's 2-5 dollars, moving is stressful enough without having to worry about some stupid charge because your guys screwed up on the mileage, i have used U-Haul in the past and the same thing happened each time, never again i will never use this company or recommend it to anyone, no thanksERVIN O.
We picked up the trailer, took it 0.5 miles parked it to load. It was only driven on paved and concrete streets with no construction. The next morning the tire was flat, had to pay for tire service repair man to come pull out two nails.Draylen D.

The most recent UHaul experience I had (prior to this one) was so god awful. I was hesitant to use UHaul services again but the woman working at this location was so efficient and kind. I am sad to say that I forgot her name but she answered my questions and quickly helped me choose the best fit for my needs. She was amazing.WHITNEY B.
I tried to return the truck after hours, but the location was not working. I tried calling customer service about it. I was on the phone waiting to talk to someone for over an hour (even though when I called it said only a 3 minute wait). I was never able to contact anyone because they never answered. Then, I was charged the fee before the location opened so i was unable to call them and let them know what had happened. I will probably never use uhaul again due to this terrible experience.LEXI B.

This guy is a thief. My daughter drove the truck to the location the night before and parked it. She was there at 8:05 in which the ticket shows a different time. I spoke with her after she left. He told her she was good to go. Didn't mention the 100.00 deposit and she assumed it would be refunded to me and he didn't give her a receipt. Yet he then proceeds to charge an extra day because he says she was 10 minutes late. This is what he told me after the receipt was emailed to me and I saw what happened. I just realized that he shows that he gave a cash refund of 31.00 that he did not!!! ! He stole the 100.00 deposit from me. He also said she didn't have all of the fuel in the truck. She was short a gallon. I would NEVER use this drop off place. You guys really need to look into this place. He took advantage of my daughter being young and trusting of people.DALTON F.

I was able to reserve a furniture dolly, but when I arrived I was informed that he didn't have any furniture dollies and rarely did. Maybe it would be beneficial to reach out to U-Haul vendors and make sure they have equipment in stock, and if not, replenish their supply.Tracie B.

Couldn't figure out online drop off as it stated on agreement.Owner was at drop off on a Sunday.He was putting up uhauls and I walked over told him I was having trouble and he told me not his problem and he was closed today.Rude.So we had our words then after setting in parking lot for 20 min try figure out what I was doing wrong he walked over to tell me he already took pictures of uhual and he knew it was there and to come back tomorrow to pick up deposit.Could of said that to begin with.But was nice the next day when went got deposit.Guess everyone has there bad days.But if you talk to your customers like that u won't get business.STEVEN M.

My trailer wasn't there at the scheduled time of 11:00AM. The man was extremely rude and said, "You will have to come back some time after lunch. Probably closer to 12:30." I had to leave, kill an hour and a half and come back. He did not apologize or anything. He also didn't speak or show any kind of common courtesy when I came back to get the trailer. The truck was not completely full when I picked it up. I was told it was. It took 4 gallons to fill it up, and I only went 8.5 miles in total. I know those trucks don't get very good gas mileage, but I doubt they only get 2 miles to the gallon. Just because the tank looks full does not mean it is. I shouldn't have to pay for someone else's usage.Kristi M.
