No one asked what type of move we needed. They just assumed it was local, so had to call to edit the reservation. The cabin had items from the previous renters behind the drivers seat, so I felt that it hadn't been cleaned. Also, the drop off location for my one way move was 5 hours away from my destination, a contact error that I was later charged for.Brandi A.

Truck I was supposed to pick up was at a different location, was sent here which was 40 mins away. And, the locker on the truck was difficult to manipulate the code and after that the code was not working. Then I was given three different codes, none of them worked. Then finally they allowed me to take another truck next to it. This whole process including going to a different pick up location took almost three hours!Kirubeal M.
