U-Haul gave me a truck that was empty on fuel and credited me $72.50. I had to fill it up to make the move and it cost $115. I contacted U-Haul about this and they sent me an email telling me they credited me $72.50, so where is the $45 that I had to spend to fill the tank? I'm very upset with U-Haul and will probably look elsewhere in the future. I've replied to this email twice and have not received a response. Again U-Hauls integrity with their customers is waning heavily. I would not recommend this service to anyone that I know, any way to make a buck off the average Joe, thank you Steven HouckSteven H.

We dropped the rental truck after hours to avoid being late the day it was to be dropped off and was charged $20 for doing this. This was never discussed with me and I believe this was unacceptable. I will not be speaking favorable about renting from U-haul.devra L.

The dude didnt explain I would get my $100 deposit back, or that it was even a deposit. I just thought I had to pay extra because I was paying with cash. I have used The main u-haul dealer in Roseburg before. They were definitely helpful and professional while your dealer at Diamond Power was annoyed about the difficulty he was having with the electronic system and wearing it on his sleeve.Dennis P.

It was a great experience and I would recommend uhaul to everyone. The F650 chassis and box size make simple ups and downs on the freeway effortless and maintaining speed easy. We moved across the US using 6ea 26' trucks and had zero issues. Oh and the cruise control does make a huge difference! I give uhaul a 10 out of 10. Thanks to the Uhaul team!Art D.
I originally rented the U-Haul from a company located on Stevens St. Roseburg Oregon weeks in advance, but when I went to pick it up, and having to wait 30+ minutes the two men behind the counter could not find me. They were on the computer trying to locate my request. finally the younger man said he did not know what to do. the older man came over and found my order, but it was for another U-Haul dealer north of town. What should have taken me 30 minutes took over 2 hours. After getting the trailer hooked up I was told I needed a power converter, which Diamond Power did not carry. So the trailer was unhooked and I drove down the road to purchase a $5.00 converter from a Camper Sales place. Why Diamond Power does not carry these is beyond a no brainer. I have dealt with Diamond Power for years and never had this much trouble. Only one person could rent out the U-Hauls and I had to wait for him. Just purchased a 33 ton log splitter, have had them look into other yard equipment and chain saw. Something has changed and I will not be back. Will try another rental if needed.norma D.
The man who handles the U haul leaves at 4 and we were there at 10 after. The text I got that gave me that location did not mention I needed to be there by 4. Someone stepped in and handled it for us so we didn't have to leave and come back the next dayeileen M.

My order got canceled halfway through while in the store making a pick-up for a trailer. It took 45 minutes to get out the door! And I was admittedly over charged by the clerk, but he had no idea how to fix it, so I pad triple for the order so I could stop wasting my time and get on the move.Bryan W.

I had placed a reservation online to pick up at this location; when I got to this location I was told that my reservation was all the way down at Diamond Power which isn't even in the same town.. The reason why is because the Roseburg location didn't have the equipment I needed. There was no warning or prompt online warning me about this location change and the guy â€œhelpingâ€ didn't really seem to care. This location was over 70 miles from our home. It made the pick up and drive back to our house over 140 miles. That was almost the mileage of our entire move. U haul told us this was the only place we could pick up our truck. Seriously? On a pre- reserved truck. This was terrible customer service. Totally a hassle and a major stress that u haul added to our move. I wouldn't recommend using u haul but the guys at this location were very nice.Mark S.
Truck needed maintenance. Truck pulled to the right going down the Hwy. Vibration in steering wheel. Bed was not swept previously & Windshield was dirty & low on fluid. Overcharged $53.95 on return invoice. Part of the problem was the trailer they had was different number from the one that had been assigned to me and so they had to switch the number on my paperwork. I was told this was a fairly new site for U-Haul so I take that into consideration. However, the computer application for processing my online payment never did complete a receipt. In addition, although the inside of the cab and loading area of the truck were clean, the windshield and both cab door windows (inside and out) were so dirty I had to clean them before we could drive to our destination. I probably could have gone back to the facility to have them clean the windows but I had already spent 15 to 20 minutes waiting for a receipt.Carol E.
