Was sent to this location when the original location did not have the truck we reserved on the U-haul website. This started the day off badly and it went down hill from there. Consider having someone at the Diamond Ridge location that knows the procedure for renting trucks. If the person there doesn't know how, then have someone immediately available to assist over the phone. To make matters worse, the attendant kept interrupting the rental transaction to ring out people buying cigarettes and lottery tickets. The process took over 45 minutes which made us late to meet the people that were going to help us move.

THE CLERK AT THE STORE WAS NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, HE WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE AND EVEN THOUGH HE WAS TRYING TO WAIT ON ME THE OTHER PAYING CUSTOMERS (GAS, COKES, PET FOOD ETC) THEY HAD TO WAIT. I MYSELF HAD TO PHYSICALLY ENTER ALL MY C.C. INFO .

This is a Gas Station Covienence store and there was only 1 clerk at 7 o'clock.I felt like I was annoying him by returning the truck. The process took over 30 minutes and he made me move the truck twice.

Our drop off location was at a Mobil gas station and there was no uhaul sign. Having a uhaul sigh would help.

The attendees were unfamiliar with the check out process. The truck was parked in an ackward spot which made it difficult to get out of the parking lot. The truck was dirty.

It took 40 minutes to rent the truck, the clerk had to call two tech people to help her. Dropping off took that 30 minutes he had to call the same man to help him figure out how to run the computer as well. I will never rent a truck from here ever again in my life and if I had the time I would stand in front of the building with a sign warning people of the incompetence of the people that work there. Then they told me I would save my if I brought it back to them, I was traveling 70 miles. I received no discount bringing it back to them but they got their truck back. Next time I will even think twice about using u haul. Thanks for reading. Donald Regis

The female assistant did not know how to rent the trailer and had to make a phone call for help. Overcharged me by adding tow insurance for 8.00 without my permission. I had to hook up the trailer myself (which I am experienced in doing but no attendant to check accuracy). When I returned the trailer I was given 8.00 cash because the attendant did not know how to take the tow off of my original charge. Not my usual experience with u haul.
