Alex BullockLet people know ahead of time that customers have to spend 10-15minutes after their trip when returning the U-Haul rental that they have to do a return inspection with photos and questionnaires or get charged $20! Which in my opinion has always been the U-Haul‘s responsibility to inspect the vehicle afterwards not the customers. Doesn’t make any sense, are they not going to check the gas, mileage, and the cleanliness of the cab or the cargo area themselves anyways?

Nicole PittmanI was scheduled to pick up the vehicle before office hours, but they were actually there so I received the keys directly from the agent. I was missing the Furniture Dolly and didn't know it until arriving at my storage unit. Fortunately we were moving 'in-town' and I was able to use my personal vehicle to go back to pick it up. Turns out they did not have any. The agent was kind enough and apologized, and looked for something else that might work to no avail. She removed the charge from the reservation. Some how knowing the truck has been sanitized before hand would be a nice/safe addition. The owner/agent was very accommodating and other than above we had a pleasant rental experience.

WILLIE SHINHOLSTERI ordered the Uhaul a week prior before we needed it. When the day came, we were sent to 3 different Uhaul locations before we could get a truck. Which put us 3 hours behind schedule. I was told the wrong price and to top everything off we were charged a “cleaning fee” of $27 when we cleaned the truck completely before returning it. I called and spoke to someone who said we would be refunded but I received another receipt today stating that I was still being charged the $27. Highly disappointed in my experience.

Also, before renting a truck the renter should be allowed to do a walk around to ensure the truck they are about to rent is not damaged. We did not get to look at the truck before paying and signing for the truck. But other than that it was an okay service.

A storage site no one in the office but we did call and someone was on site when I called and left a message and they assisted another customer waiting . We were told to unhook the 6x12 and she would be back. I didn’t have the strength to lift this trailer off the hitch nor my daughter . We left this uhaul drop off with the trailer and went to another uhaul site we’re they did not take Trailers because no one to lift it off. Recommended the Diberville drop off and the service WAS BEYOND EXCELLENT , courteous , friendly , excellent customer service , helpful . Would highly recommend the drop off we used and to rent another uhaul . I will be using this shop for other items I might need done .
