Not only did it take 45 mins.... YES, 45 mins to do all the typing and info entrance. The worker had no idea what he was doing. Yes he was polite and nice but jeeze! But THEN on the return trip to drop the trailer off. We were pulled over because the lights on the trailer didn't work. 100% know it wasn't our wiring. The right light did not work at all and the left rear light worked intermittent. Think that's something that would be checked somewhat recently. But obviously this location does not care.

Clerk didn't know how to do anything. I had to arrange and pay over the clerks cellphone! No help hooking the trailer up either. Avoid this place.

Truck was not at the location when we went to pick it up. Had to wait 2 hours for another truck to arrive and it was smaller than the one we ordered. We were not able to fit all our stuff in it and had to leave some stuff behind. Do not use this location!

i resevred the trailer online and prepaid online, when i got to the pick up the person at the counter had no clue what she was doing, it took over an hour and half to finish it and i personally had to call u-haul to get it resolved. they were going to try to charge me more than what i had paid online. its not the counter person fault it is the manager of the convience store who failed to train his employees or be there for me to pick up my trailer. i also had to hook the trailer up myself because they had no clue what they were doing. i had worked for u-haul in the past at the lacrosse store and i knew there were issues with the trailer but was under a time constraint and was already late, due to being there for so long.
