Lisa SchavelThey did not have the appliance cart that I had requested weeks prior to pickup. This made moving difficult. I've heard multiple complaints on this location, but figured I would use them because they were local. I will not be recommending this location.

Randy LeibrockThe staff was unable to reserve my uhaul do to a 'system glitch' at the site, so I rented the uhaul on the uhaul website. I was quoted $62 for car hauler. I added my credit score to secure the order. I was then a couple days later and was told I could not get the car hauler at that location so I went w a car dolly and was informed it would be $10 less. My reservation was for 630pm. My boyfriend showed up 6 and they tried to charge me for 2 days . The site employee then overrode the price and I was charged more than I should have been on my credit card when 8 was told i could pay cash at the location. They then said they couldn't take my payment and had to use credit card on file. I then called uhaul the following day after return and spoke to two different people about my refund adjustment and was told I would be called back and still haven't heard from anyone. Still waiting. Not happy. Uhaul owes me a return amount.
Mary McElroyTow dolly was very bouncy and loud which made for a frustrating hour drive and was still loud with vehicle weight applied.
ROBERT HALSELLEnsure light cable have good connectivity. This trailers lights would come on and off. This issue was in the connector plug - easy fix after several minutes of checking.

Benjamin GladhillFor some reason they charged me $246.31 for a three day rental + safe move + I went 20 miles over what we anticipated. The web site quoted me $134.85. Could you please explain a $111.46 difference in price? I will NOT recommend this establishment to anyone. I will actually tell people NOT to go there.

Jeff MarshInside of uhaul was filthy and had to sweep it out before loading my furnature. Was chuncks of mud and sidewalk chalk. Had a hard time starting it after loading everything. After about 30 minutes of trying it i had to tighten the positive battery cable and it finally started up.

Brian CornellI am beyond furious with this pickup location. I had to correct the auto transport hookup (a liability) since the chain was dragging on the ground and they're supposed to assist with hooking my car up and merely shrugged their shoulders saying they didn't know how and let me figure it out for an hour and a half at the location.

larry daggettThe website stated it opened at 11am. It did not open until noon. Big difference when you have family and friends wasting their Sunday to help you move. The woman who filled out the rental info, though very nice and personable, seemed unfamiliar with the process so it took a longer than it should have. The guy who I assume was a bit more knowledgeable, shouted out directions from the chair he was parked on until someone came in to pick up a dryer they had purchased. Overall, I'm pretty sure I would NOT choose this location again.

Todd MavisI have used U-haul trucks before for moving and was always impressed because they have had moving carts with the trucks. I used the 26’ truck and was disappointed that there was no cart. By the time I realized that there was no cart, it was to late to go rent one because the U-haul location was closed.
IVAN OSBORNESteering wheel wins very loose so I consider that a hazard. I told them at the store and they said they will take it off the rental and get it fixed
