Do not have this as a uhaul location. It was terrible.

There is no clear signage related to where to drop off keys, so you basically have to wait in line behind everyone paying for gas and getting their lotto tickets. They cannot give you a receipt and can't leave to inspect the vehicle with you upon drop off, so you better take photos.

Clarene FreemanDrop-off directions are not explained in detail by staff. I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas as when I picked it up, and now I’m getting charged for fuel?! Additionally, had a drop-off time of 8am, and I was there at that time, but staff didn’t open the store until after 8:40pm. I was charged an after hours fee. Completely ridiculous, and not an experience I could recommend to anyone.
Pablo DiazThis parking lot is mostly dirt and shared with a convenience store. There’s hardly any parking for cars, let alone trucks. It was difficult to maneuver in the parking lot and eventually a truck is going to be inadvertently damaged by someone trying to pick up or return a truck

Kristina SeidenfadenLook at your company policies. Offer something to military and veterans tryibg to move since its hard enough already... quit with the underquoting and overcharging prices. Its absurd that a moving company that offers full service costs the same price. The whoke experience was bad from start to finish and worse at the beginning when my quote was $200 below the paying price. Thats not even close! Just bad all around.
