Please remove the Brighton, AL location from your list of locations for pick up/drop off. This location does not exist.Peter M.
I called and extended my U-Haul time and was charged for 2 days even though I retuned the uhaul the same day. I had called and extended my time twice the same day. The Dolly and furniture pads were not in the truck but I was charged for both. The 1 800 number I will head over an hour on the phone each time I called. Uhaul changed my pickup location via text a few hours before I picked the truck up and that made my mileage higher and inconvenient to pick up the truck.Danielle H.

The vehicle I was given was not what I had requested or at a convenient location. My guess is U-Haul wanted this truck moved to one of their more popular distribution facilities and used me to transport it for them. I was told less than 24 hours before my pick up time that I'd have to drive to Midfield to get a 10' truck when I'd previously been promised a cargo van located at a distribution center near my residence.richard M.

They did not have anything i had reserved for. They had me running around town in the truck looking for a Dolly which was not successful. The Truck was dirty inside. Trash was all in the truck. Poor business.Kenisha C.

The fuel gauge showed less then what was on contract , did not notice until I drive away, I tried calling numerous times , but nobody ever answear was. When I returned the truck the office was closed , (Wednesday). So I was unable to show the attendant I will return and show the attendant .NILESH P.

I was told that I had to have insurance before I could rent the trailer if I did not use the insurance that was at the company I could not rent the trailer Later on I was told by customer service that I did not half to have the InsuranceBenny K.

Clerk was extremely slow so the process took an extremely long time. The clerk was also smoking a cigarette in the building which was not big so the smoke was overwhelming especially for a non-smoker.Tequisha H.

Sign said open but a note was taped to the door saying "be right back". After 30 minutes of waiting we called and the guy who extremely casually answered and said that he was 20 minutes away somewhere. 30 minutes later he showed up. There were problems with his computer apparently and then he tried to overcharge me so I wound up just calling customer service (a number he didn't have available to give me) and had them call him to do it over the phone. In all it took about 2 hours for me to get a uhaul that I had done a pre-reservation check in for.BETH M.
