I had to call the drop off location to ask about dropping the truck off after hours as this is my first experience with U-Haul and the man that answered was very nice in answering all my questions.

Michael MIt's a real shit hole of a place. The female employee "clerk" that helped me was nice, but the "business" UHaul is located in was disgusting and I felt it could be an unsafe area considering the guys that were hanging out near by. Bad representation for UHaul. I had requested to pick up the truck in another location, closer to my house and where i had been before (on old 54 Hwy). Disappointed I had to go to this other crappy place.

Doug TVan that I rented needed an oil change, which was clearly marked by the warning on the dash. The van smelled horrific. The mobile check in took almost a half an hour and I had to contact customer service to get it done.
Miranda BThe check in process was terrible. There was no explanation of what to expect and it was very confusing. The website kept crashing and I would have to start over. Eventually we had to call when dropping off the truck because it kept crashing and finally ended the session without me getting the chance to finish uploading pictures of the truck. We had to call and I had to email in the photos instead. The process was unclear, difficult and time consuming. I would never recommend uhaul.

Kenneth RWe went to a full service uhaul center at 10314 US HWY 19 in Port Richey, Fl 34668 to reserve a 26’ truck, which was on 3 miles from my house. When the day of pickup, I had to go 15 miles away and pass 4 other uhaul centers. The pickup location is a dump! It’s a terrible location. The truck was dirty inside and out. The fuel was not even a quarter tank. I had to put fuel in it just to make it home. I’m very unhappy with my experience with uhaul. Sorry, but this was my experience.. Douglas Hipp

Eliza JI am so impressed of how they manage their U-Haul rental trucks. The manager/owner of the place is super reliable, helpful and easy to deal with. The process was easy and quick. The manager showed me every single part of the truck to make sure that I know how to use it and for my safety as well. He let me use the dollies for free of charge. I left my purse inside the truck after I locked it and dropped the key in the mailbox. I called him after office hours and he was able to answer my call. He made sure that my wallet was in the safe place. I got it back the next morning without any issue at all. I have no negative things to say about this place. Highly recommended! I will be using them again next time! Thank you for your help!

Edward BThis place goes above and beyond helping. I had to do a re-rental for a truck because I evacuated for hurricane Ian but it was already reserved for someone else. This place was going to call corporate uhaul for assistance but called the individual that reserved the truck to see if he would let it go since I had evacuated and my current homes garage had flooded that I evacuated to. He got me the same truck so I didn't have to unload since I had no place too. Would recommend anyone come here.
