The parking area is not well marked and they had me relocate the trailer even though I parked it next to another trailer. Said that they needed it moved for trucks to get by. By there was plenary of space at least 50" to get trailers by.

Ralph DA consumers phone records need to be easier accessible and the people that the consumer spoke to should be able to be contacted. For this particular location the woman that works there was very nice and helpful. She did her best to help me in the situation that Uhaul put me in which by the way was a very dangerous situation for a woman by herself. Uhaul would have preferred me to sleep on the side of the road in the truck by myself all night to return the truck at the original drop off location. This was a big safety issue and instead of uhaul being understanding of the horrible dangerous situation UHAUL put me in and accommodating me for my extra miles which would have been the right thing to do. But uhaul doesn’t care about the customer or their safety. Bad business & greedy. If they had of cared about me (consumers) them I would not be sitting here with a total cost of $900 for this horrible dangerous Uhaul experience.
Kelly DVery straight forward process. Equipment was ready upon arrival and there was a gentleman to assist with hook up. Minor grease (or something) on the floor, but it did not hinder my needs. I had to enlist the help of a store customer to unhook, but all in all, very smooth.
matt wCalled ahead to make sure rental would be ready. Woman at the location barely spoken English. When I arrived had to wait and found out that dolly I reserved was NOT available. They offered to get me one the NEXT day. I would be done the next day. Will be renting from another company if I need to move again. Completely disappointed
Carey CWhen I was in the middle of checking in Mobley my reservation was canceled because the U-Haul representative that made my reservations did not take my credit card information. So A representative named Chris how to drive from Columbus Georgia an hour away just to help me rent a truck. And because my phone is an old android. He helped me out with checking it in. So Then I was able to get the truck. I’m very thankful for Chris helping me out with everything that he didn’t go out of his way to come to Hogansville Georgia just to help me receive my truck that I needed to move the things that I did.

Thomas BThe equipment I had reserved, I was told was not available. The pickup took about two hours, due to the lady ( who tried her best ) didn’t speak English and had no idea what an utility dolly or tow dolly was. She kept trying to cancel the tow dolly and couldn’t understand that I had reserved both and the truck. So it was a chaotic nightmare. The truck was nearly empty if fuel so I had to stop at the gas station as soon as we left, which was a bit overwhelming .She wouldn’t give the utility dolly ( that was ON my reservation) without calling uhaul to “ add” it to reservation . Thankfully I was able to speak to the uhaul representative and confirm I’d already paid for said dolly .I will hopefully never need to rent from uhaul again.

Deshbir SWhen we went to pick up trailer it was in the ditch and no help to hook the trailer, I have to call someone from the street to help and pay him cash. Trailer was so dirty and stinky inside. When we return next day morning gentleman was same disrespectful and not helpful and didn’t even gave us return confirmation. U-Hual please take this location out otherwise it will hurt your business. Thank you, Sam

Robert WThe transmission on the truck was shotty at best the truck had a hard time downshifting do I struggled to slow down. The Car hauler had 1 flat tire and wires showing on the other tire. I had to stop at a U-Haul in Montgomery to get the tires fixed, they took 2 hours to fix the tires because they didn't have them at the location. When I picked the truck up it wasn't swept. Terrible job.
Christian BI had to drop off the trailer in a random area behind the closed liquor store beside a dumpster. The place has an open sign and a car outside but I never saw anyone. The name UHAUL has is NOT the name on the building.

Donald SThe cargo area of the truck was dirty. There were blankets in the truck, which was nice, but some were wet. it looked as if the roof leaked. Where the truck was parked was behind the store and kind of muddy.

Richard CThe person at the location wasn't prepared to deal with customers and was the only person working. Computer issues apparently. The truck had a big trailer attached and no one was available to remove it so my elderly father and another customer had to do it. One of the tires was low and we had to go and fill it with air. I paid for a dolly and moving blankets to be included and they were not in there nor could they provide any. The cab of the truck had mud all over the place and drink spills, etc. The back had mud, broken glass, and nails. This was a chaotic and stressful experience. It's nothing like I've experienced with U Haul in the past. This location did not seem to understand their responsibility in the transaction.
