Move the location. There was an individual on the property selling drugs and had 3 pit bulls attached to the fence. The truck was dropped off at night and keys were placed in the drop box. Contact was made with the drop off location the next morning and the person was very rude. The location is unsafe and a bad bad rwprestation of your company.

This was by far the worst experience that I've ever had. I would never recommend using U-haul to anyone EVER!! They have the worst customer service and will overcharge you and blame you for their mistake without giving refunds.

Our initial request was with another service agent. However, the agent at 2105 Lake Bradford Rd took over the reservation and moved forwarded with our request. I am exceptionally pleased with the final result! Thank you.

I would recommend a Uhaul representative do an unannounced site tour. For some reason, just down the street seemed to be a great location with several units. Not sure why their location didnt show up in my search.

Need better organization and maintenance at this location. Had to wait a while for a 6 x 12 Trailer that I had reserved on a credit card weeks before. The wire harness was defective. I had to purchase a connector at home Depot to complete my move.

Not out original choice of location so it was out of the way. We had a confirmed 11:00am reservation but when we got there the place was closed. Very nice lady showed up about 20 minutes later and it went smoothly from there however.

Everything was great except it’s was difficult to find since normally uhaul has sign posted no uhual sign was visible They really need a BIG sign out front by their business I’m sure that would increase sells come on uhaul help out same business owners!

The drop-off went well. The young man handling the transaction was not the owner-manager, so he did not know where the receipts were and was a bit lost, but he was nice and helped us figure out how to deal with it (and in truth, we did not need a receipt, we could have just left the keys in the U-Haul key dropbox). They helped us park the truck and all went smoothly.

This was the worst experience renting a Uhaul that I have ever had. I made the reservation online, got to the business location and even though the posted hours said open till 9pm and I got there at 645pm there was no worker present. I spent 20 minutes waiting on the teenager that was there to call someone that could process my contract. A person who was not a uhaul worker, but a cab driver for the same company that was renting the uhaul bumbled through the process while on the phone with the manager of the place and with me helping. Once this was done the printer was out of ink so I was never given an actual paper contract. I left and moved my things and had the truck back clean, swept out, and gassed. My cell phone was having issues at the time and I wasn't getting my voice mails until days later. The uhaul had my email on file but never reached out to me. Well several days later I received notification via email from my bank of an overdraft on my account. I looked into the matter and found that the uhaul had charged me for an extra day because they "couldn't find the keys" that i had put in the uhaul drop box on the front of the building. I called the manager of the business and was told that I would receive a $100.00 refund for my trouble, which I thought was a fair recompense for the nightmare of a situation. I had been to my bank several times over the course of the week and alerted them to the fraudulent charges and had to request reversals of overdraft fees due to this situation. However it was over a week later and the $100.00 had still not been refunded to my account and so I received 3 more overdraft fees in the meantime because I am a student and single parent and on a very fixed income, and the renting of the Uhaul was due to an emergency and I had dipped into what little bit of surplus I had for the month just to rent the uhaul in the first place. I text the manager with the details of this situation at length and received a text in return from the manager: "sir please contact your financial institution, a $100 refund has been issued out to you on behalf of Uhaul. Now however long that takes is totally on your bank. Please refrain from sending anymore lengthy text messages containing your personal details. Thankyou and good day sir" I of course was livid, not only because I had spent time out of my day on three separate occasions over the course of the week prior to this trying to handle this debacle but now was being blown off and treated like I was a nuisance because I was staying on top of a situation that was a nightmare from the beginning. I have worked in customer service most of my life and am trying to start a business myself once done with school. I have never in my 37 years of life received worse customer service and treated so poorly by a business. I normally do not give bad reviews and have never sat down and written out a poor review online for anyone, however I was so appalled by the shear ineptitude of how th

This location was in a bad part of town, uhaul attendant did not know how to process the paperwork. He was 20 minutes late arriving to open the office and there was definately a communication issue. We have always used uhaul in the past but maybe not again.

This is not a U Hal regular location. and the person handling U hal is not there on sunday and i was asked to drop of on sunday and the person at counter does not want take my truck and instead suggests go to different U hal loaction. after calls to the pick up location finally he agreed to take the keys.
