Place appears unmanned. Had to call a 800# on my contract for drop off instructions. Wasn't the most clear to me what to do. Maybe in the future explain in the contract or in an email the process to returning a vehicle on the customer's phone or tablet.Jason A.

This is a storage center, unsecured, not well lit, and nobody around. Equipment unsecured etc. Recommend using a business that has people on site, and is secure. would not want my wife to drop off in this location. real diveWilliam R.

The truck had mud on the sides, there was trash from the previous rental, the stabilitack quit working, the breaks were squealing and needed replaced, the abs light came on, hill assist was not available because the stabilitrack needs maintenance. The truck was loud and had a VERY rough idle. You could tell that there were no measures taken to make sure that the truck was clean and covid free by the dust on the dash and steering column. Also the ramp would get hung up trying to pull it out and put it away. Also the location manager did not make sure I had my furniture dolly before departure, glad I checked for it myself before I got down the road with it.Wesley L.

We returned every blanket that we rented.The blankets did not ever leave the truck. They were either miscounted in the beginning, or miscounted upon return. Could some have possibly been stuck together? We had to pay 48.00 for 4 "missing" blankets. The person at the return location was rather rude, and obviously did not believe us. Perhaps "missing" blankets bring in some extra revenueRHONDA M.

The representative was very helpful and did a great job. She was hampered by a bad office, non working computer, non working printer but she overcame all obstacles. She was kind and very accommodating. I suspect location ownership is strangling the business to keep costs down. The location was convenient. The trailer bed was pretty dirty and it looked to be a really old rusty trailer. It did the job though.Chad C.

The first location was terrible , the uhaul by Pearson rd in Pearl MS. They did not have my trailer ready, and she give me the number to customer service to find my own trailer ,no help. But the lady in Clinton was very nice . I will never go back to Pearl at Pearson rd location.Tracy I.

Requested pickup in Flowood ms 17 days before I needed it. 2 days before reservations date I received text that the location pickup was moved to Pearl 8 miles away from requested location then the day before reservation date I received another location change to Clinton Ms 30 miles away from requested reservation pickup and that location does not open until 1 hour past requested pickup time. The return location was also clinton .so I am out another hour on pickup and return from my already busy moving day. This was very inconvenient for us.Randy T.

Evelyn is amazing!! She worked hard to make sure a customer ahead of me was ready to go and even though I was waiting was so professional and kind to them. When I had trouble with my truck (no fault of hers) she went above and beyond to help me get our equipment ready so we could use it today! Truck pick up was a complete disaster. New employee had no help or support and did not know how to access my account or correct mistakes. Dolly and blankets were missing, and we had to pick those up at another location. Computer system seemed to be a mess. No one called the day before to confirm my order. I called to confirm myself and was told everything was ready, yet it was not. Took almost TWO HOURS to finally get the truck and leave which delayed our moving schedule and caused enormous frustration.Shelly G.

I made the reservation a week in advance. When I arrived, they had the confirmation number, but had to go through the entire paper work process again for the rental. This was time consuming and the credit card swipe would not work. This was a storage location that rented U-Haul equipment. There was no one onsite to hook up the auto transport to the U-Haul truck. I was asked if I wanted to do it, of course I declined. I had to wait almost an hour for a U-Haul manager to arrive and connect the auto transport. I wasn't asked if I had questions, was only told there is a video to show me how to strap the vehicle to the auto transport. When I returned the truck and transport, I noticed a hand written note stating there was a crack in the cargo area, temporarily repaired with tape, and the customer had accepted the risk for potential water damage. That's not true, I wasn't even made aware of the damage, the note, or acceptance of risk for water damage.Keith W.
