O like the person whi was knowledgeable and kind. However it seems that the location doesn't have the stock for accessories. I needed another dolly and my pads but they didn't have them. Which by not having those made my Moving longer as had to improvise to protect my items tÃ´ move them in and out of truck . Gladly we extended the time to Move which almost went over time If you could help the location to have more accessories would be great.Oscar G.

The lady at this location yelled at me that she does not give deposits back to call uhaul. She was beyond ignorant and is an absolute disgusting representative for uhaul. If I was uhaul I would shut her down immediately. She stated while I was on the phone with uhaul for my refund she couldn't process my return, it was uhauls system that wasn't working. I brought the truck back 24hrs early. My return wasn't processed until the next day at 3pm. At this point I had called uhaul 4 times and was on hold an hour each time just to be told she hasn't processed my return. Once my return was processed and I called uhaul a 5th time, it was stated that the disgusting lady said she gave me my deposit cash!!!!!! she ABSOLUTELY did NOT!!! NOR WAS I RETURNING TO HER TO GET IT! it took my uhaul worker on the phone to fix her damn mess!!!!! I am beyond disgusted, appalled, I can't believe she lied about my deposit, (this must not be the first time). Once uhaul by telephone fixed my refund I contacted this lady to confront her for lying and trying to steal my money, she swore at me, called me names and hung up on me. I STRONGLY suggest you investigate this location. If this was my 1st experience with uhaul, I would NEVER use you again because of her. As I have used uhaul for many years, I know this is unacceptable behaviour and it needs to be dealt with.NANCY A.

The mobile pickup was not user friendly. Instructions are very confusing and took a very long time to figure out how to get the key for the truck. There is no contact number for customer support. Calling the general contact number for U-haul results in being put on hold forever for a simple question. Very frustrating. I will be sure to never use mobile pickup or return or recommend it for others.Edward W.

Owner was not available at the time of pick-up and was very rude. U-haul charged for a 2 hour delay even after I notified ahead in time. They confirmed over the service call that I will not be charged extra. Even after repeated follow-ups no resolution in site. Will never use U-haul in future again.Prateek G.

it wasn't about the location. It was about the experience of making a reservation on line and the results. After doing a reservation on line 2 weeks in advance confirming the pick up location in Markam for 7 am Saturday monrning, I receive a text Friday on my way to Toronto saying a different pick up location at 4pm in the afternoon! Change of plan I guess... the truck was not ready at 4pm but 5pm. Also, we had to wait 20 minutes on the phone with your head office to cancel my online reservation et redo it on place at the right price. Not a good experience at all and really stressful.Martin L.
I had a horrible experience at my first reservation location 2687 Kipling the customer service was DISGUSTINGLY horrible , the lady in the store told me she cancelled my reservation when a walk in came in and gave the truck to them & the trucks & vans that are sitting outside have no gas and she doesn't know the mileage Since the last time it Was rented ! My son passed away and I needed to get the uhaul to get furniture for his reception and she made more LATE than I already was by not renting me one of the uhaul she had on the lot. Then proceeded to call me a bitch and tell me she's Eating I can wait 35mins until she's done ðŸ˜³ also she was watching African soap operas on her laptop and talking on FaceTime...... MY WORST UHAUL EXPERIENCE EVERRRRRRR ðŸ˜žAdina H.

Booked a truck for 1pm, waited outside for 30 min because nobody was at location. Did not get out on on the road until 2pm, customer service representative from U-Haul promised to give us free miles for the inconvenience but did not deliver on their promise. We will not be renting a vehicle from U-Haul ever againpaul G.

The lady was not in the store when I return the vehicle and there was no after hours return key place. She even did not give the key with proper way. Totally unprofessional service. Adjust rental period and charges at the time of return. Customers should not be faced with any hidden charges to their credit card after usage. This should be announced at the time of pickup. For example a day period is 24hrs and this rental period lasted 5 30hrs. Why was my charges racked up to over $127.00wendy G.
The only problem I had was being charged 25 CAD for extra gas after replenishing the gas with over the amount required for the distance I covered using national average for v8 vehicle consumption rate. I felt this was absolutely wrong.Chuka O.
I was able to book the truck for 10am by mobile pick up. We went to the store, it was closed and we were told that they don't open until 1pm. I told owner I had confirmed reservation. I called Uhaul and the first person hang up on me. The second one said there is nothing they can do and she does not know why the owner won't leave the key for us. The person who booked my reservation was a moron and extremely rude. The location wasn't much better. Told the lady I was in a hurry cause the mix up from the moron and she kept her feet on the counter with her dirty toes up in the air in my face and would take 30 seconds to answer a question. Took way too long and my reservation was messed up. Will be using someone else next time not uhaulrobert C.
Reservation was for 1. It took 45 to get the keys, despite making express online check in. First the counter person advisesd she can't find my reservation dispite showing her reservation number and express check in. Counter person kept implying her system was down and asked me to make another reservation. Well I really had a bad time from u- haul on my first trip , the contract was sent to on my e-mail after two days and the representative haven't clearly mentioned the fuel policy , so as I was not able to fill the gas , I was charged on very unfair basis. Stating a service charge of 30 dollars for fueling up, which I believe is on of the coolest and most paid job ever for 5 minutes and gas charges we also high . The van was good and other services were reasonably the best but these fuel policy ruined rest and offered me a bad experience. Thank You .Manes K.

There was some sort of grease that smelled like fish all over the bed of the truck, I had to put furniture there it was disgusting. The truck itself was filthy with garbage and dust in the drivers cab. Terrible experience honestly wish I never used uhaul or at the very least paid for this disgusting truck. All of my furniture stinks of the grease that lined the damn truck. I'll be writing a review to a number of sites about this terrible experience. How disgusting.John S.

Please change the hours for this location. It says it is open until 9pm but when I called the location, the lady mentioned that I have to come by 7pm because the "system shuts down". If that's the case, then I should not be able to book any time after 7pm. I was hoping to book for 8pm. Further, the dealer, though very nice, did NOT come to the vehicle to inspect the vehicle with me, did not give me anything to sign to say yes, I will bring it back with the designated amount of gas. I have rented from UHAUL many times to know I should and I don't feel like cheating you guys either but it would have easily be done because you have no proof that I knew about it and thus, signed off on it. The cabin was messy, there was a booster seat in the front seat (I can only imagine was the dealer's and I don't even think that's safe in the first place). The parking brake did not work and took me some time to get it out of engaged. I took pictures of the mileage and gas to make sure it would match with the final invoice because I really did not trust that I was going to be charged properly. Overall, a really bad experience and major points for improvement.Recha G.
