When I booked Uhaul I booked small truck and an appliance cart. They "upgraded" me to larger truck which was fine despite being harder to manuever in tight city streets. However, we received a regular dolly instead of appliance dolly which made it extremely difficult to manuever the refridgerator we were moving. Ensuring that people actually receive what they order would be a way to improve.

Never had a problem with this location. Except this time the inside of the windshield was so dirty it wasn't safe to drive. I cleaned it myself. Uhaul corporate location in Bedford OH had lost my reservation twice in the past so I dont go to them anymore. DK Quick Lube is always on time and is convenient for me.

This location was good! The location in Oak Harbor, OH at Magee Marina was a nightmare! That is where we dropped off the auto trailer. The truck drop off in Northfield was good. Please do not confuse the 2.

Contactless pickup had a lot of steps, but I so appreciated not having to deal with a person during the pandemic. However, when we returned the truck an employee WITHOUT a mask approached up to take the key. I do appreciate his help, but he needed to have on a mask. It's mandated by the governor here too.

When we opened the truck to begin our move, there was a dirty used mattress left in the truck. We had to remove the mattress ourselves to fit our own belongings and then come back to get it at the end of our move. The people who rented us the truck apparently knew it was in there and forgot to remove it. It was a very big inconvenience for us.

Check Engine light was on when I got it. It sounded like it was going to die any minute. There was mud/junk on the windshield, which made it difficult to see.

The location opened 20 minutes late. Some customers at the door were tired of waiting so left. I returned the van in the same day as scheduled but two days later I received an email from U haul that I still haven't returned it. They overcharged on the mileage, the mileage I had driven was less than what I was charged for. This shows that the location had either used it under my name or given it to someone else without any paperwork or notifying Uhaul.

I tried several times to contact this location to reserve a vehicle but was unable to do so, had to stop in to talk with the person running the operation in order to reserve the vehicle. he was very helpful, but advised that they'd been having phone problems and that U-Haul's number listed on the website for his location was wrong. So it would be helpful to fix the phone and to list the correct number.
