RODYS EXPOSITOLet the customer know to look the unit over before they leave the lot. Not send a text 2 - 4 minutes after you leave. Also, get some assistance to load the trailer on the truck. Poor young kid could hardly pick up the tongue of the trailer.

MARK WENTWORTHOnline reservation system is efficient and very easy to use. I particularly like having my information stored online so I don't have to enter it each time I rent. Staff at the rental location was cordial and helpful. I can't think of anything that needed improvement.

CODY WILEYKeep truck gas’s tanks full when customers come pick them up. Ours was listed as 5/8ths full on paper, but in reality it was under 1/2 tank. Rental car companies check their vehicles out with a full tank for a reason.
Matthew CappApp was slow and clunky to use. The key fob did not fit in the drop box at return and there was NO WAY for me to reach anyone at the store, on the app or at big U-Haul. No one. I’m just left to try to fit a square peg in a round hole.

Mary SeligI set up the mobile option a week prior to my rental and the day of I ended up having to see an employee to complete my rental. The employee was very kind and got me ready to go very quickly, but if I had selected a time before opening hours, I would not have been able to complete my rental through the mobile version.

With website crashing and then being told there was no card on file after asking for two people to verify me and multiple other tedious tasks for troubleshooting even though I did have one on file. Then being told I may be too young after giving my age two days ago in order too deserve U-Haul. Overall checkout took an hour away from time I would be using U-Haul.

Treva Eversolethe truck cab had been used by a smoker, and was very smelly, and really terrible, smoker should be required to wipe down the entire interior as part of the cleaning, or make non smoking trucks.

Jeffrey EllisI rented the trailer for 4 days, but said I would likely return it early. I was told if I wanted, I could drop it off at night, if before Monday. I returned it Sunday evening, and it took 4 days before my bank account was debited, BUT, I was charged an extra 20 dollars. I went in person, because I never received a contract showing only 3 days on it, in fact, I did not get any new paperwork until I went up there and spoke to someone in person. I got a lot of run around because of computer issues, can’t get my contract, etc……. And when I finally get a copy in my email I see I am charged a “freakin convenience fee”!!!! What the Hell! I could have just as easy waited till the next morning and taken it back and not paid this Damn fee. I was told if I drop it off early at night, cameras would see me, and the time would be taken, and would ONLY be charged for the time I used it. I used it 2-1/2 days out of 4, so I expected to be charged for 3 days, but not an extra fee because I dropped it of earlier than expected. This is absolute garbage, and I expect this to be credited back to me, or I will contact my credit union and dispute it. I was verbally told it would only be for the days I used it, and dropping it off at night was no problem. I am not going to pay for someone else not doing anything, and getting equipment back earlier than expected. My review is “kind”, but will change if need be.
