MICHELLE MTrucks are not stored on location and are actually about 15 minutes away or worse if traffic is bad. Location was chosen because it was close to the highway but ended up having to drive 15 minutes east after check in took 30 minutes just to pick up the truck that should've been at the pickup location.

Fantastic customer service, location is a family owned discount store which has everything you need when in a hurry and need something quick. Owner is very friendly and polite. Return was simple and he even allowed me to keep the truck overnight at no additional cost, simply had to park the truck where I picked it up, make sure the doors were locked, take a picture of the mileage and kept the keys until the next morning when the store opened. Felt comfortable and like family. Will definitely be using him for future rentals.

SANDY COur experience with Sr. Rafael for our move was spectacular! While an electronic check-in for the vehicle was available, I felt much more comfortable talking to him in person to make the arrangements. He was happy to do so and he made the process easy in a time of high stress, as commonly in the case with moving. They are very professional and I strongly recommend them to anyone considering a move.

John DThe service was excellent however the truck had several issues. The headlamps were very low when driving at night. The lights only got bright when the truck was accelerated. The truck kept wanting to go to the right and was very unsteady on the highway going between 45 to 50 miles. It also idle and then kicked a bit later. Definitely needs some mechanic work.

MARCOS FThe vehicle had several malfunctions. When I first received the vehicle the instrument panel is giving me a low tire pressure. I had to drive to a gas station to put air on the tire which did not help because I was still getting the same warning. I had to drive back to the U-Haul location (wasted almost an hour) to be told by the shop owner, "The sensor is bad. I'm sorry I forgot to tell you." Before returning the vehicle i noticed that the gauge only showed 1/4 of a tank of fuel left. I put fuel in the vehicle only to notice afterwards that the gauge had not changed, still 1/4 of a tank. Upon returning I'm told by the shop owner that he was not aware of that, but that he would not charge me for fuel. Really? I put gas in the tank! I have no idea what amount of fuel was in the tank when I got it. I do know that they got more fuel that I consumed in 24 miles. The only reason I am not giving it a poor review is because the vehicle did not break down.
