Johannes GI had a few issues with the truck. The check engine light came on 10 miles into my trip and never went off. Also, the fuel gage wasn't working properly - when I went to refuel before returning the vehicle, I ended up putting way too much gas in because the gage only showed 3/4 tank full when the pump turned off. 20 minutes later, the gage popped up to full. (I was supposed to return it at 5/8 of a tank).

Doug CGive a window of time for pickup for people who are traveling in and can't give an exact time for picking up the rental. Traffic from long distances plays a large role in when a rental can be picked up.

Paul BBusiness wasn't open at 10am my scheduled pick up time even though their business hours state they open at 9. When they did arrive, they had to clean the uhaul from the previous user and go around and mark all the damage done by the previous user. It took an hour and half to get going from this location. This wasn't even supposed to be my pickup location. It was an hour away from my desired pick up spot. I booked the truck a week and half in advance and this location was the closest they could get!?!?
