Improve your app took a hour and a half to get the mobile pickup feature to work . Luckily someone was there and could manually do it . Pick place was great uhaul in general was horrible. You guys should of paid me

Indigo SapphireThere was no one at the counter when I first arrived, and the gentleman ahead of me was waiting for someone to help him. He finally went back into the shop to get someone. Maybe have a bell that customers can ring if no one is at the front desk.
JOSEPH HAMELGet the owners a spare key to the truck. They have 1 key to the vehicle, which I had to wait for someone to bring to the office because the owner’s family member accidentally took it with them. It was pretty inconvenient because I still had to go to a different location to pick up the trailer. And instead of doing the paperwork while waiting for the key, they did it after I finally got the key. It cost me a lot of extra time. They’re nice people, but the place is dirty (In their defense, it looks like it’s an auto repair business. Not always the cleanest places.) and they overcharged me for gas.
Mary SwitzerDrop-off was quick and easy. We did need to extend the use of the trailer by one more day but unfortunately, it was booked with a new reservation. However, the staff at this location were amazing. They knew that we needed more time so they helped us to locate another trailer within the area to book for the day. She even scheduled the reservation for us. What a great experience!!! We will definitely use them again when needed.

Leah CarletonWe had a check engine light on and other service vehicle light on the entire trip. We rented an appliance dolly and the truck did not have an appliance dolly with it; instead I had to contact customer service and we had to go out of our way to pick one up. This added unnecessary time to our project. Also not to mentioned the mobile check in was a huge pain and I kept getting error messages about how I didn’t have an account under my email after repeatedly signing up for one when prompted. It was an hassle and I’d definitely prefer in person checkout in the future (although so few locations seem to offer that).

SUSAN AUSTINI picked up the truck the tire pressure light was on and a note saying it needed service. To top it off I drive the truck a maximum of 20 miles and was charged for 159 miles. My bill for a local move cost me 259.00 I put 5.00 of gas in it to return the tank full. Extremely disappointed.

And I was charged 4 times the rental rate for the 2nd day. I rent uhaul so the time, at least 6 times a year or more. I've never had exorbitant charges like these. Not a fan

Stephen ThompsonI was never told that I needed to complete the check-in process in order to pickup the rental truck via lock box and not a live person pickup. Since I could not complete the check-in online, I had to call U-Haul Customer Service, wait almost an hour to get that information. It was a ridiculous waste of time when all that needed to happen was an explanation of what would be expected when I came to pickup the truck during the call with the location on the previous day.
