Not at the fault of the location, but the upload for drivers license was putting the front of the card on the back and not letting her proceed with rental. We did this several times and I finally went on my quick check in from my phone. I typed in all information and then the associate had to re-type in much of what I had already done. This delayed me over 25 minutes. This was the 3rd problem she had that morning. The associate should know how to handle these problems so that these types of delays do not happen for repeated customers in the same day.

I have rented from this location several times and every time we get the same great service! Would highly recommend Donalsonville Hardware for their UHaul needs.

The people at Donalsonville hardware were very nice when we picked up our uhaul. However I had also reserved 2 dozen moving blankets, a furniture dolly and a utility dolly. None of these were present and I had to make my own arrangements to get these at another location which was an additional stop I didn't have time for. Additionally, I was supposed to have a 24/7 pickup of my truck but I had two problems when I got there: 1. I was slightly late to pick up the truck and my reservation had been canceled 2. After I got someone on the phone At uhaul hq to fix problem 1, was able to open the locked key box but the truck keys weren't there. I think none of these problems were due to the people at the Donalsonville store, but rather it seems that the online reservation system wasn't correctly communicating with the location. This cost us an entire day we didn't have while we were trying to move. Finally the store pickup location was changed from Bainbridge ga to Donalsonville (about 17 miles away) because the truck and equipment I had reserved online wasn't available. If This change had to be made, I should have been notified about the lack of blanket and dollys - or better yet, instead of me going to a second location why couldn't uhaul get my equipment properly arranged for me when the reservation was made online weeks in advance? I was very disappointed with the uhaul online reservation system communicated with what equipment was at what store.

This location was great, easy to deal with. I only wish that we would have had the option to pick up our truck here as well. They had trucks available, but due to U-Haul corporate not being able to accommodate the reservation that I had made and double-checked/confirmed, we were sent to multiple locations to gather our equipment at an already very stressful time. ***THE OTHER LOCATION WE PICKED UP FROM WAS HORRIBLE***. The Seminole Inn in Donalsonville took forever (they were not busy at all, we were the only ones there). We were stuffed into a tiny little room about the size of a telephone booth with no air conditioning, the person processing the rental was not knowledgeable, we specifically refused and did not want blankets, but we had a pile of blankets in the truck, we got a different type dolly than what we reserved and needed.

The lady ( and I use that term loosely) was extremely rude and obnoxious. When i commented on her demeanor, she said it was her last day and told me to go f---k myself. And, she was training her replacement at the time. I will never rent from Uhaul again.

The lady at the uhaul drop-off location was extremely polite and helpful. Even though my rental record indicated that I had additional equipment on the contract. The "additional equipment" had to have been the Appliance Hand-truck that I reserved but not available.

I dropped the truck off expecting the location to be closed but they were open getting ready to close. They close the uhaul part at 5:00 but was willing to check me out. The salesperson did let me know that they stop at 5:00 because if the store is busy they will be unable to do the uhaul part. I did ask them upon entering if they could check me out or I could drop key off. I was willing to leave because I didn't want make them late closing the store. I'm thankful they were okay with completing the process.!

Our initial reservation was for 6-9-17 at Digital Connections in Blakely, GA for 2:00 pm. By 2:21 pm we'd called several times, left messages, and been to the physical location which was closed. No hours were posted anywhere on the door or window. The Digital Connections website explicitly stated they were open 9 am-5 pm. Imagine our demise at this point-we have a 2 pm pickup time and a houseful of people arriving at our home at 3 to assist in loading. At 2:24 I called UHaul for assistance. After several calls to them, we were finally able to pick up another truck 30 minutes away; an hour lost with loading. At 7:57 pm we FINALLY received a call back from Digital Connections. I explained my situation to Nate, who is the owner, and also expressed how unprofessional this is; knowing someone has a 2 pm reservation and they aren't even open! Nate stated that "I don't have to post my hours on the door" and kept referring me to his website. This is copied directly from his site: Standard Hours Mon-Sat: 9 am - 5 pm Sun: Closed 6/11/2017 - 7/12/2017: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Keep in mind this is June 9th. The tone and language he used when speaking with me was absolutely preposterous! He was cursing at me over the phone! I was astounded at this to say the least. Oh, and Nate also prides himself on customer service as this is also taken directly from his site: Customer Service at its Best Hello, our names are Nate and Adrienne and we are the owners of Digital Connections.We have many years of customer service experience, and we are here to help you with your move. Through it all I remained calm and expected some sort of apology since he prides himself with many years of customer service. He never once apologized or tried to help in any way. So much for customer service! Needless to say, we will NEVER use their services again and we will also be spreading the word to friends and family our experience. I want to give a special thank you to the several customer service representatives I spoke with to help us resolve this as well as Donalsonville Hardware for being so accommodating.

I was mislead about the amount of gas that was suppose to be put back in the u haul truck that I least so I put more gas than was in the truck when I rented it, The truck had a half tank when I rent It, I went 81 miles and put in $46 dollar of gasline,so I call U-Haul and the field supervisor said we don't refund money for gasline. But here is the thing I am out of my money.
