My reservation was for 8am, but nobody showed up at the office until 836. This was extremely frustrating, and then the woman who showed up helped a man who was returning a truck before she helped me even though I has arrived on-site 15 minutes before the man did. I will not be using this location in future. If they cannot respect my time, o have no desire to ever use their services again.

Left head light out Truck had mud inside and out Cargo area was full of roach like bugs. I sprayed them with a home insecticide and let them die over night.

This is my second time renting uhaul this year. The first one had a moving Dolly and moving blankets available. I was hoping this one had one also, but it didn't. Overall the pick up location was satisfactory, however the employee who leased the truck misinformed me on where I could return it. I received a call later looking for the truck because I returned it to a different location. I panicked, afraid I would be charged double, but thankfully they found the truck and my receipt was closely accurate for my 1 day rental.

When you make a guaranteed reservation and no one calls you or texts you or emails you to let you know it was changed, it causes problems. I had to drive 30 plus miles out of the way to get a truck. My daughter talked to a rep on the phone that located one for me. I was told I could return the truck back to the original pickup location. When I arrived there was nowhere to leave the key. I called and the rep stated you are not supposed to leave it there. Again a change was made without my knowledge and I was NOT informed . The rep on the phone was rude. This was not a pleasant experience for me. Your reps should be courteous at all times. Changes should not be made without notification. If I had received notification the reservation would have been cancelled and I would have done something else. Uhaul lost a customer because of this experience. One gentleman stated that uhaul has always had a set location to return equipment then said he had only been there a year. This has to have been a recent change. The last time I rented a truck I was told I could turn it in to ANY location.

We reserved a truck online. We were told that the truck could be picked up Sunday at 1:30pm by checking in through the mobile app and that the keys would be under the seat. Two trucks were on the lot, but both were locked. The number given for 24hr help was called and a message was left that we were unable to get into the truck. A call back was never received. The number we were given by app was (318) 803-1786.

Supposed to open at 8:00 am. Personnel didn't arrive until 8:15. The blankets that I ordered were at a different location and I had to go get them. The truck was listed as a 20 foot truck, but is actually 16' with a small overhead. The truck performed great on the road, and I was very pleased with the way it drove.

Customer service at this location was horrible. I do believe that if there focus is going to be Towing & Recovery then they should not have Uhal service. I was the only customer inside the location at the time and did the online check-in prior to arriving. I was originally told that I did not have a reservation after standing there for 10 minutes awaiting to be helped. It appeared that phone calls and towing took precedence over customers that were present and awaiting a Uhal. I was asked what I needed after being inside the building for about five minutes and then was ignored after answering I was picking up a Uhal. This employee took two more calls as I awaited to be serviced. Overall poor service. They also did not have the equipment that I reserved at the location. On another note, the truck did work properly and was clean; however, my fuel level was very low.

Someone left a pillow and a half bottle of water in the cab. Also, someone might want to check the power steering or alignment. It was hard to control and pulled to the right.
