Craig SEverything was great and quickly completed. Pickup went quickly and dropping off was just as easy. Only issue is the noise coming from the pulley system. Either the belt is old or a pulley is going bad. Other than that, the vehicle performed as required.
Wayne MDoesn’t have to do with location but I filled the tank before my drive and it cost me $104. When it was time to turn back in the truck I only use 1/4 tank. They charged me a more because I drove 4 miles more than I said…. Yes 4 miles…. Yet I gave them like $70 extra for gas… what a joke. As for Don’s I dropped off after hours. 😊 but the transaction was easy and user friendly.

Brenda CChange your advertisement. Says $19.95 for whole day yet if you go over 100 miles its $165.95. They told me if it was under 100 miles they would take some of my bill off and thats didn't happen. The gas needs to be explained better also, I filled it up and they still charged me an extra $10.15 or something for gas. Wouldn't recommend this location. Go to an actual Uhaul place if you need a rental.

john cI would tell anyone I know to go to Don's rental, it's a good company to deal with. Service is good and professional, they are prompt and friendly. I haven't used a uhaul in a long time, the equipment was clean and in good working order. I would recommend Don's and uhaul for their moving needs.

Mary lI received an email confirmation with the date, time and pick up location and when I got there they did not have a truck for me, so I had to go to a different location and then was not told I would be paying more for mileage once I dropped it off. It cost me over 225 dollars for a truck to go over 150 miles. He only gave me 150 miles and did not put in the drop off mileage at all so I ended up paying even more. I was first told it would be 187, then told 202 then you guys wanted 25 more dollars. Greed!, not ok. All the people were very nice to deal with but thats it.

Everyone I crossed paths with was easy to deal with, professional and kind. I will be coming back to this location for most if not all my rental needs. This is my 2nd multi day rental in 3 weeks so thank you for being a company I can count on.

LINDA HWasn’t happy to be charged for 2 gallons of gas when I only went 8 miles. Kind of a rip off.

AXEL GSomeone had walked in the trailer with greasy boots but that was easy enough to wipe out balls we're willing to hold mattresses. There was A-line out the door at opening time and yet the employee remained calm and professional and so did the whole team. They worked together well
LINDA HDon’s rental didn’t have the 15’ Uhaul truck I reserved and suggested last minute, that I myself, traveling with no car, to another town where there’s between the two towns there’s no taxi services or rental car services. A family member happened to be available to drive me to Don’s rental but I wasn’t going to impose on them to drive me a half hour away because it was kind of them to offer to begin with. So now I have to go back for what I had to leave behind. INCONVENIENT. Add to the next day after I picked up the 10’ Uhaul I had to settle for and drove it home 10 hours they sent me a text saying I was being rude not returning it for other families to use. I’m 61 years old and it took me 7 hours to unload the Uhaul truck by myself and returned it in good condition a day before due.

Kari SMileage was off, I did not travel 35 miles. More like 18! The tire pressure was low in the right rear tire and they told me it was fine like they didn’t want to do anything about it. Also added the $14 protection without approval as when I made the reservation I specifically selected no! I plan on calling customer service for a refund!
