Friendly staff, Marnie was very helpful and our pickup process went quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental truck. Price was less than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. Return with drop box was very helpful have the extra time after office closing.

Ricardo RTrailer tongue had no stand to crank trailer onto truck ball. Trailer extremely heavy for one person to lift trailer onto ball. Should have a crank mechanism on trailer tongue to assist customer putting trailer on vehicle.
rick pCab floor sandy. Cargo area not swept. Not a big deal. Fuel was only 5/8 full. No way of reporting fuel level or cleanliness. Key box lock difficult to open even with correct combination.
Bain MThe odometer was severely off and needed to be corrected separately. I'm not sure I payed for what I drove it since the odometer was so off. I'm afraid I over payed for what I used it for.
Chandler NRental process is too complex. 1.) Ordered truckfor pickup at one location, was told they had no availibility and had to drive farther to pick it up. Drove by the originally requested location and they had several available trucks of similar sixe in their lot. 2.) When picking up, was told i should have received an link to pick up the truck - never did. 3.) When picking up was asked for a second contact who could verify "i was who I am' . Absulutely no reaon for that as i had just shown my drivers license. 4.) When returning, used link that was texted to me. A.) It provided no way for me complete the process, just a list of steps. B.) was charged a verification fee of 20.00 because your app didn't work. 5.) Whole process assumes everyone has and uses a smart phone. Does that mean you don't want business from those who chose not to? May be the last time I use Uhaul for rentals. Horrible expereience

Lindsay DVery hard to find the turn in sign. It's a vacant lot in a seedy area so we were concerned about leaving the truck. This location should be removed as a U-Haul facility.
Bill TThis facility was fine, although it was not my preferred pickup/dropoff location. The location that I originally chose was changed without notice by uhaul. Did not love the uhaul site software for pickup and drop off by phone.

MICHELLE LWe reserved a vehicle online for 11AM on 3/4/22. We did not do the online check in as I told the company over the phone that I did not want to have my driver's license in their "system" due to past identify theft and would give that info when we arrived for the pickup. When we arrived at the pick-up location there were people waiting as the clerk in charge was new and had absolutely no idea what they were doing and there was no one there to help her. We waited patiently as she allowed someone to walk in after us and process that return (instead of helping us). She had to call and discuss everything she was doing with someone on the phone because she didn't know what she was doing and, she kept running in and out of the building to check on this return vehicle because she had no idea how to process a return. We we're very patient and even offered to help her as it was clear she was struggling. Then a young man came in and he started helping her process our vehicle request. When he demanded that I provide a scanned version of my driver's license things got really ugly. He was exceeding rude and disrespectful and kept telling us it was the "law". In the end we got the vehicle but are now trying to understand the $75+ bill we received via email for a less than 3 hour vehicle rental that was supposed to be $19.95 plus mileage. The cost of the rental was not discussed with us when we returned the vehicle, we were told it was emailed to us. Now having seem it and placed a call to get an understanding of the charges, we've received no return phone call. Not only will I never use this location again to rent a UHaul, I will be putting a warning on the Home Owners Website in the community I live in.
