First of all, my truck pickup was more than 15 miles further than my selected location. Then my trailer pickup location was a different one from the truck pickup. And when I tried to pick up the trailer, although the gas station attendant hooked up the trailer fine, she was not able to help secure the car on the trailer (she didn't know how). I tried to read the instructions online but they were not clear. After spending more than an hour trying the pick up the trailer, I finally cancelled it and had to add an additional driver to drive the car behind the truck.Aniruddha T.

The attendant had little to NO knowledge of how to check me out and took 25 minutes to complete. He spoke broken English and very difficult to understand! Also charged me for gas for unknown reason. The gas gauge was at the exact same spot/level as when I received the truck.John H.

I walked in and booked a rental truck a couple weeks prior at a nearby facility that I have used before. I received a text the day prior to rental confirming my reservation with the location address. The location address had been changed to another location located on the same street. I didn't recognize that the location was changing. If I wanted to use a different location I would have booked at a different location. After attempting to pick up from where I booked, I went to the gas station where I had been changed to. Talking to someone through plexi-glas, while being interrupted by others for gas, cigarettes and condoms. I won't be back.Steve B.

Tell people to map out the distance and not Guess because what ever Miles you say you are paying for the exact miles. And if it's under the Miles you put you don't get a refund.antoinette J.
