I picked up a one way 20'truck from yerington to fallon nevada. When I picked the truck up it was dirty enough for the attendant to mention that it was dirty. Because of time crunch I was more worried about travel than the condition of the truck. So after the move I tried to drop off the truck at a business that was already closed after my drop-off time. Dropped off the truck, left the keys in the key deposit, and then two days later I get another invoice for 5 miles over what I had rented the truck for a one-way? I literally wrnt from yerington to fallon. One way. Also I got charged for cleaning the vehicle that I picked up dirty..... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RACKETEERING...

Avery SWe were directed to one very convenient location, then I got email that we had to go to a different location. When we got there we were told we had to cancel our original reservation and start a new one. In the end, I did not get the accessories I had ordered. No dolly (they didn’t have one available), no pads, no boxes (I asked dealer for boxes). While this particular agent was very nice, I am sorely disappointed in U-haul and probably will try a different truck rental in the future.
Judith BI was triple charged $229.76 for the rental. I will be contacting a U-Haul representative to have the two extra charges removed. The gas tank was at 1/10th. I received a fuel credit but why can't these trucks have the appropriate amount of fuel? It was too bad Ace Hardware dropped the contract for U-Haul in Yerington. Cheryl Giomi was fantastic. I really appreciated them. They were fair & did not nickel & dime everyone. I will not be renting anymore U-Hauls from Double A Auto. DIANE BLast time they didn't hook my trailer up correctly and this time the brakes on the truck weren't working. When dropped off at a different location they found out there was no.brake fluid in it. At this rate someone is going to get badly.

DIANE BIt was the only drop off location in the arrington no one came out to greet me when I went inside they just kind of stared at me like I was some weirdo when I told them that they're sounded like to be some issues after I had already left my pickup location they just stared at me like I was some weirdo not very attentive

DEBBIE GI had problems from day1. Scheduled for a Saturday pick up but the dealer wasn’t open on Saturdays. Check engine light came on which delayed us 2 days & had to take it somewhere to have it diagnosed. Had to have it towed when I arrived at destination. I actually think I should get money back for the inconvenience

I reserved a truck in Silver Springs , Nv but was told the day before that one was not available- I had to pick it up in Yerington’- 25 miles away- - they gave me extra miles and an extra day for my trouble ( didn’t need either) People were very busy at rental and business like- will rent from uhaul in future as in the past has been great - just not from this location

Daniel CI reserved the truck to be picked up in Reno, not 90 miles away in Yerington. That was a major problem.
Mark FI reserved the truck for pick-up in Spanish Springs, less than 1,000 feet from my office. Imagine my surprise when my equipment was 75 miles away (150 miles total). For the next customer, have the equipment at the location for which it was reserved.

Lara SMore of a lead time for the notification that i wasn't getting a truck close by. 24 hours is not enough. I was packing our house by myself. I had to arrange transportation and take an extra 3 hours to retrieve the 26ft truck that I needed.

JERRY LI was charged an additional day, even though I dropped the trailer off prior to 10:00 a.m, which was the scheduled drop-off time. The requested drop-off location in Silver Springs was 30 miles away, even though I requested to drop the trailer off in Yerington. The owner was supposed to meet me at 10:00 a.m., but he did not show up. It is too bad that Ace Hardware stopped renting trailers. The owner of Ace Hardware was extremely fair. Double A is closed on week-ends & they do not provide the level of service that Ace Hardware did. Double A will nickel & dime you. They seem to not care. I will not be using U-Haul again. There were no trailers other than the one in Fernley to rent. What happened to all of the U-Haul trailers, especially the 5' x 8' trailers? They are no where to be found. The only trailer we could find was the 6' x 12' trailer in Fernley. There were 0 trailers available in Yerington, Fallon, Carson City & Reno.
