Would not recommend this location. Uhaul vehicle was damaged all over, passenger mirror was broken with huge piece missing, blankets missing from the bag and I was charge for. Charged me for 2 blankets when I didn’t even use them as I never rented them. Man said there should be six in the bag and there was only 3. So charged me for 2. I called back to tell him I never used them, did not break any seals to access them and he said to call uhaul and hung up on me. Very poor customer service and I’ll go else where for next rental.
Jeff PMy poor comment has nothing to do with the location that I finally found a truck . It’s due to a location close to me promising me a truck , and when moving day came the truck wasn’t Available. I wasted hours looking around for another truck , that was a hour away from where I live . To be honest , the only reason that I would ever use uhaul again is because there is not any other options around where I live . It was a terrible uhaul experience.
brian pThe side mirror's were seized with rust. Could not adjust to my sighting which made it difficult for backing up. Besides from that everything was pretty good. $19.99 and I paid $114.00, plus $35.00 gas after I dropped it off. My first time renting a u haul.

Steven HTo start, my vehicle pickup was at 10am and the carrier called me at 930am asking if I could switch my pickup to noon, which I could not do as I already had all arrangements made with helpers. Once I asked for another vehicle at another location, he advised I could conduct pickup at agreed time. The vehicle was also very dirty and needed a good detailing. The gentleman I dealt with at the pickup location was very nice and friendly and quite helpful.

Gary EI should of been able to drop it off to the nearest uhaul location. It was a.very poor service and i would not recommend it to anyone. The representative could not communicate very well. English as a second language. When i called back about a question she said to only y call her and not the company. Not well organized d and the location itself was not kept up at all Very dissatisfied

Guy JThe vendor, at first, did not want to release the vehicle to me because I was taking it out-of-province and leaving it there. He wanted the vehicle to stay in the area for local rentals. Apparently he had to be told by "head office" that I was supposed to pick up the vehicle there. This was very stressful for me, as I wasn't sure that I would be able to begin my travel plans on time.

Danielle WYour customer service team changed my reservation to this location (and to a smaller truck). It is far from the city and has no signage that it is a U-Haul pick up location. The inside of the store is filthy and chaotic. The truck was also not clean. The extra distance and smaller truck made for a very long day and cost me financially by having to drive the truck further and make an extra trip during the day due it its smaller size. To make matters more stressful, the location began repeatedly calling asking for the truck to be returned earlier for the next customers. Absolutely awful service all round. That was my final U-Haul.

Gary SI was told that I would need 3/4 of a tank of gas to get to my destination. I gassed up accordingly. It only took half a tank. I put 50 litres too much in the tank. With todays prices, that’s $107. I will be expecting a refund.

Trevor FThe location was very disorganized. I paid for 12 furniture pads, only received 4 unwrapped pads. There was litter from previous renter on dash. The parking lot was not cleared. Eventhough I did everything online in advance I had to redo everything in person. The fuel level reading at pickup time was recorded slightly higher than actual so I was charged an extra 8 L upon return. Now I have been billed twice and will need to contact u-haul to sort out the mess. Very disappointing overall.
Donald BStore was closed and owner wasnt present despite during posted open hours. Pickup for vehicle was almost 30 mins after scheduled time. Did not have any extra UHaul equipment like the furniture dolly we needed and reserved on website. Everything was smooted out in the end but overall not great UHaul experience
morrison wHave person in charge to do a walk about the vehicle with customer before they leave. Check the mileage, gas & any dents that are on vehicle etc.
Tom CThe truck was wet on the inside and smelled like fish from the last user. All my furniture therefore now smells like fish. Will never use a uhaul again without checking the inside before I leave.
