We paid for two dozen moving blankets. When we got there he said he didn't actually have that and gave us the 6 or 7 blankets he had. Not enough, and not what we ordered. But the biggest thing was that I was trying to pay with a gift card. I presented it when I first arrived and was told to present it at the end. At the end of our two truck, 4 day rental I presented it again and was told that they didn't know how to charge the gift certificate but to leave the gift certificate number and someone else would charge it to the gift card in the morning. That never happened and I now have an over $900 charge on my amex and the bill period already closed. Completely unacceptable! Additionally the gas gauge on one truck was not marked accurately and when we showed the employee he had a bad attitude about it. An awful experience overall and now I have a $900 bill on a closed AMEX statement and I'm sure several calls to your customer service to deal with. Awful awful awful.alisa W.

unfortunately the cab light in the truck was not working, as a result when we returned the car it was pitch black. i left my 600 dollar prescription sunglasses in the cup holder because i couldn't see anything inside the car. when i called to inquire about it the location was not helpful at all, they rented the car out to another family immediately and i have a feeling they likely took the sunglasses. extremely disappointing.Ehsaan M.

Your online reservation is a JOKE! I had to run around on the DAY I thought I HAD a Van reserved. All I got from the clerks at the location I thought I had the van ready was, "we have no van for you, and to bad so sad!" I literally had to scream ant the lady behind the counter to call the dispatch center to find me a VAN and good thing I kept all my emails to show them proof, I was told a VAN had to be ready for the day I reserved it. I even had to go to ANOTHER location to pick it up. UHAUL needs to do better and not over book the vans, if I your customer reserve a VAN I should have my VAN ready the day I reserved it and not get the run around from your employees! Right now UHAUL has a good market, people are moving and you should do right by your customer, I had to scream and a poor employee at the location and phone to get what I needed to get, this should not be the way customers should be treated......SHAME ON YOU!ALEJANDRA A.

The person in charge was VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY RUDE! To all of the customer's that were present . He had an issue with were people stood while waiting to be called up. The guy was just a complete asshole to not only me but every customer and the person they were with, by talking to them like they are idiots and treating us all with such disrespect like he is better then us. His very thick creepy middle eastern accent was to much to stomach, and to top it off very poor customer service. I had to call the bank to ok my funds and a hole 25 min later, come to find out he put the wrong billing zip code and never apologized for it. U-Haul needs to get rid of this asshole and find some one with more respect. Oh yeah the store it self was a old car repair shop. The trailer I rented had moving blankets stacked up on it, and a bunch of furniture Dolly's and blankets stacked in front of it. I asked him "what's the deal with all the crap In front of the trailer and shouldn't it be moved since how my buddy's backing up the truck to it now? " He said " oh yes go ahead and move them then! " Fuck that it's not my job to clean up your fucking trash you fucking arrogant piece of shit.JOHN L.

I love renting from U-Haul but this location needs to step up there service. The truck seemed ok and clean but the blankets were used and not clean, they were used from the previous day and still had tape on them and dusty not appropriate to be given to a customer for reuse but I took them because I had no other option, I also never got my receipt for the day, may I ask you to forward it to me? Let me very clear. This is an unbiased and objective factual detailed statement of my experience. The Arminian man who was running the process is a complete tyrant and was drunk! Yes that right! DRUNK INTOXICATED!!! This man was yelling at ppl saying things that where completely rude and out inappropriate !!! We where all at his masacistic mercy. He treated everyone like he has us by the throat. He screamed at me as well and completely humiliated me and degraded me in front of the entire line which was to the end of the yard. Everyone in the line was in disbelief by this mans behavior. And I know for a FACT this is not the first time you have heard of this. Becouse the ENTIRE review section on google is dedicated to his dictator behavior. How is this man allowed the drive drunk and deal with costumer inebriated. And in case you are wondering myself along with everyone else has taken photos and video of his OPEN CONTAINERS and can testify to the Alcohol on his breath. NEVER NEVER NEVER in my life have I met someone as outrageously mentally unstable and crazy as him. It'. Is a complete tragedy and particularly frighting experience that this man is not only unstable but behind the wheel of not just a vehicle but dangerous large vehicles. As well as in contact with many ppl. Again , this was not just my experience it was all of our experience. We have all individuals shared our personal thoughts on our social media and warned others of this man. It is your responsibility and obligation to stop this man. This was my first and last experience with UHAUL. Not becouse of just him but becouse this man has gotten away with this behavior and dangerous abise of substance for as long as he has. Waited in line for 2 hours even though a reservation was made, the first truck that was given to me had a flat tire and it was dirty inside with trash. the employees here are also drinking on the job. Empty cans of alcohol and liquor all over the place. Horrible experience.Paulina N.

The office was closed and we did not see the return location at first. We asked the attached gas station attendant and he told us the lot was full, but he also said he did not work for UHaul. We finally found the equipment return entrance and were able to leave the trailer, but it was confusing.Thomas G.

I'd only recommend because of the central location. I ordered a dolly with my U-Haul and there were no dollys when I went to pick it up. Despite paying extra, the customer service rep seemed so indifferent. He didn't offer a refund and basically said you figure it out, see if you find something in the yard.Adalberto C.

Make sure all of the equipment advertised is there, I reserved (and paid for) an appliance dolly, which was not there when I picked up my truck. The manager gave me a flat rolling dolly and said the cost would be removed and never was, it still showed up on my final bill. Also this flat dolly was not helpful at all trying to take a refrigerator down a flight of stairs. Just make sure you have what you advertise what you have.Perry B.

Very busy location but the guys there know their stuff and move things around as best they can. Saturday morning 15 people in line. Popular spot. Was there an hour. Need more space for so many trucks but the guys were good. U-Haul should update the signing-in process. And one couple went in front as they had an on-line appt made. Not fair.
