I did rent a dolly with my online reservation, this was not put in the truck prior to my reservation time. I just recommend it be more clear if you are supposed to go inside to retrieve the equipment. The person inside this location was not a U-Haul representative and did not have answers to some questions I had. Not a bad experience, just more clarification prior to pick up would be helpful. I was able to load a one bedroom apartment 677 sq ft with this 15 ft truck. Thank you!

We paid much more this this for a rental then a couple of weeks ago in the same city not sure why maybe because of the area.then we had to call uhaul about our reservation which was at 9pm for pick up and we was running behind so it like cancel us because we wasn't there exactly 9pm.we was in an area where we didn't feel comfortable and which we didn't pick that location. We got a call the day before saying the location we pick couldn't accommodate us for after hours but it gave us that choice when we was making reservations that's why we chose that location. This was the worst experience we ever had.

I opted to save gas and drop the truck off near the location I was moving to rather than driving all the way back across town to the pick up location BUT NO ONE disclosed to me when I reserved the truck online NOR When I picked it up that I Would Be charged SUBSTANTIALLY MORE THAN “$19.99 + MILEAGE “ As I Had Been Advised Until the Next Day @ the Drop Off Location and They Were EXTREMELY RUDE!! I WON’T EVER USE UHAUL AGAIN For Any Reason In the Future Due To the POOR Way I Was Treated By the Employees @ 377 W. Brandon BLVD.

You’re supposed to be open until 7pm yet no one was there when I arrived at 6:30pm to drop off the tow dolly, either be open when you’re advertised to be open, or change the advertised hours.

Don’t throw giant parties that take up all available rental return spaces at a u haul rental facility. Ridiculous.

I wanted a rent a 10’ truck, but the previous renter did not return the truck on time. I then had to use a 20’ truck. It was way too big for my needs. The cab of the truck had trash in it. The cargo area was very dirty. I had to clean both areas before I could use the truck. The owner was very helpful in getting me into a truck.

No one was there to receive the trailer when I returned it. I had to call to make sure they saw and received it. I returned the trailer the same day, however, my receipt did not reflect that.

Please explain all pricing that goes into the invoice upfront. I received a $14 mystery (SafeMove) charge at the end of my rental that I'd never seen before.

It took 45mintues for them to get to me. When I went to return the u-haul they were closed although the sign on the door stated that they close at 7pm. I will not use this place again, although it is close to my home.

The truck had 7 miles to empty when I picked it up. I put a quarter of a tank of gas in it and returned it with a quarter of a tank. I was charged 25 dollars after returning the truck, 25 dollars that was never discussed. I would like to know why I received this additional charge especially considering I returned it with more gas than it had when it was given to me. Please respond immediately! Thank you.

This was my 3rd drop off location. The first didn't exist anymore, the second didn't want the equipment and this place was supposed to be open but was locked and unattended. I had to call the uhaul 800 number 5 times to get rid of this trailer. I'm pretty sure this final location was a shady strip club.

the store personal were perfect, nothing to add, but the only complain I have was for the truck headlight were very dim and was unsafe to drive specially the night I drove was raining , but beside that the truck was ok

The person managing this location seemed to get by doing the bare minimum. He did not do a pre-tow inspection of my car - simply asked what make and model the car was. When I requested help loading my car onto the transporter, he said nothing and walked away. When I had difficulty loading my car onto the transporter a couple days later, I was unable to reach him by phone call. His office was supposedly open until 7PM, but when I drove over to the location during the day, his office was locked and he was still unavailable by phone. He never returned any of my phone calls. I left the transporter at the pick-up location and would like to request a refund for the transporter I could not use.

Had trouble finding designated drop off business. Had to ask strangers in area and they didn’t know. Finally located in ally way with only a locked steel door after opening hours. No answe Called u-haul helpline that gave me alternate drop off near by. I would rate the eventual drop off point as excellent !

The location was fine and the gentleman I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Booking the actual reservation online was a headache and needs to be streamlined. All of the selections I made on the website we're lost and I had to go through the process again in person.

i have completed one survey. i discussed my issues over my fees charged. the odometer reading was ending numbers 835 when i used it and 550 when complete. i left 3 notes and several phone calls. finally visited and shared comments with a female. later someone called regarding comments to you and left a number which i attempted to call 2x. no communication as the recording prompted me to enter a code? i feel Dreams owes me a refund on the total paid. thank you

Dropped it off after hours call three gentleman in the next day he did not check it out so you all had me on the no rental status when I called u-Haul put it on a conference call the young lady at this location check the truck out we got paid in fall both the young lady at the location and the lady at U-Haul over the phone were fantastic I was glad to get it off my shoulders I want to continue to be a U-Haul customer
