Keep doing what you are doing. I greatly appreciate all of your help. I called at the last minute on Friday..Brooke was super, didn't rush because it was almost 5:00 pm and was very informative. Easy pickup and drop off. I had questions later in the week and the office was super and very patient...didn't make me feel like I was a bother. You don't get that type of service anymore. Keep of the great work. I will HIGHLY recommend your location. Thank you so much.

Back was a little buddy but I did the mobile pickup and was given a code to get key due to both key boxes broke had to call for help to get keys.

We were given a truck to drive 1300 miles that had 95000 miles it was mainly just worn out.

After reserving on line and be assured I would be able to pick up the rental truck at my preferred location, which was 3 miles away, the pick up changed to another location. It was 12 more miles away. That meant I had to pay for extra mileage and travel further. The communication was poor, both on line and by telephone. There was much miscommunication, confusion, and the appliance hand truck I needed was deleted. I did not find out about that until I picked up the truck. I could not make the move as planned. The keys were not in the lock box but in the truck. Anyone could have taken the truck as it was parked by the street. I was told the location would be open and I could get needed supplies. It was not. So disappointed in U Haul. I’ve used them for moving since the 1990’s. Not sure I will ever rent from them again.

Called several times to return vehicle. Told to simply park in lot and walk away. Refused to do that as I wanted to return it to a person to certify no issues at a later time. Once returned I was contacted the next day asking when I would return vehicle. Apparently they never completed return paperwork within the Uhaul system

I was switched to this location as it would be the only place to pick up the truck i was needing at the timeframe i was needing to pick it up at. I was not told it was a driveshare truck. went to another location and couldnt rent the truck i needed. after a hour talking to customer service, they got the information correct in their system about the driveshare truck. I went back and did the check in as they requested then didnt get the code for the keys. had to call them again and wait 30 mins or so to get a code to unlock the keys. after that everything went well. this is the first time i've ever had a problem with a reservation. i hope i dont have to move again, cause i'd be gun shy to use uhaul again for my moving needs.

I was told I could drop truck in Malvern Ar, contract said to call. When I called I was told to return truck to Hot Springs. I had to travel an extra 28 miles up there and my wife had to drive up there and pick me up. So I ended up paying more for truck and had my personal vehicle drive 56 miles round trip. Also over 2 hours of my moving time to take it back. This has made me very disgusted with Uhaul management and I will pass this along. Someone needs a head to roll in my opinion.

Crooks. Charged me a day late , and I wasn't late. If Y'all return my money, I'll fix this review. Otherwise it's the principle of the matter, I will take ya to court over 30 dollars.

I've rent from this location twice - The truck is new but has a lot of accident damage - more so than the first time i rented it a month ago - The catalytic converter has been cut off this vehicle and has a strong exhaust leak - Complained the first time i rented and the second time the vehicle is still not repaired - response was i could rent from somewhere else - also said it was a dent in the exhaust system with no leak - It's pretty unmistakable the sound a vehicle make with a severe exhaust leak - This truck may be new but is in rough condition with less than 20K miles

The check in system is terrible. You have to be in their parking lot in the boondocks where reception is spotty. Took forever to verify my information. Plus was charged 90 dollars for gas even though I refilled the tank. We literally moved across town and this cost me 208.00 because they charged me for fuel that I already had to purchase as per the agreement. So I paid 115 dollars for fuel when 25 dollars literally put it back on the tank it was on when I picked it up

The truck I rented has A LOT of damage and has no exhaust. Literally. If there were a way to upload the video I took you would be floored!! In fact in Arkansas, this truck isn’t legal to be on the road with the exhaust in its current condition.

The pick up in Montgomery Alabama was not good it did check in the trailer I rented and gave it to someone else and I have been charged for someone else trip. It was a one way from Hit Springs Arkansas to Montgomery Alabama

This was not a good experience. I reserved a 10 foot truck online on Sunday evening, August 1st, for use on Tuesday, August 3rd. No problems. Reservation indicated that I could pick up the vehicle at the desired location. Also, reservation indicated that I would be contacted the Monday evening to confirm. No calls were received. As I was leaving my home on Tuesday to pick up the truck, I made a call to the pickup location. The truck was not available. WIthout checking with me, the Uhaul location assigned my pickup to another location. I was walking out the door!!!!! This set my assigned 6 hour time of use way back as I had to drive to the western part of the county passing by other Uhaul locations with the desired truck sitting on their lots. This is unacceptable and certainly soured me on any further use of Uhaul. The location was west of my home and I was going east. This was not satisfactory. The final pick up and return staff were pleasant and they, too, were surprised I had not gotten a call and that my reservation was randomly sent to them.... The truck was decent, the personnel were decent.....the reservation foulup was enough to prevent future interactions with Uhaul. I guess I'll go back to Budget.

Great service when I arrived to pickup my U-Haul. The two people I interacted with were very friendly, made sure I had selected everything I needed, and made me feel at ease with my rental. Highly recommend using them!
