Customer service was impressive at this small UHaul center. I had not been into their small business which also does custom cleaning and detailing of cars. Not only did they win me over for thier professionalism with the UHaul; I'll be making an appointment to get my car cleaned. They did a great job!

I have used Uhaul in the past and have not always had the best experience. This time I was surprised to see how much they have improved. The truck was practically brand new and very clean. The lady that helped us was very nice and the rental contract process was quick and easy. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I chose this establishment because of its large open parking lot (I'm not use to driving trucks and trailers) I found a cute little mom and pop's shop, overly decorated for Christmas and a laid back happy couple inside. They brought a smile to my face. Glad I chose them. Don't change a thing!

They were very unorganized, could not make change because they had none in the establishment and seemed to not know what they were doing business wise. I had to go find them in the shop because they had forgot to turn on their door ringer and the guy working had to call the co-owner to come take care of it because he knew nothing about it, so I had to wait for her to show up when I was there at the scheduled time to pick it up. They were very unprofessional the entire time I was there, very laid back and joking about having to renew their business license as they had just received the renewal bill in the mail.

Uhaul lot employees did not know that a "two day rental" is Friday to Sunday, not Friday to Saturday as she claimed it was; hence the term "two-day." The employee did not know the actual rates and could not competently quote them. The Trailer itself had just been returned to the lot (according to the employees) wrecked by the prior renter. When I sought to mark down (note on paper) the visible damage to the trailer, the lot attendee tried to make me feel like I was being foolish, although there were clearly damaged areas that had not been previously acknowledged by Uhaul with the X-Marked stickers they place upon them. The back door did not open properly, several running lights were broken, the trailer tongue was damaged and some wheel bearing caps were missing. The trailer did not track down the road properly as it appeared to have damage to either its running gear or frame, thereby causing it to surge forward upon braking and causing an audible banging and clunking noise. Overall, the trailer got us from A to B but the service was substandard from a public relations standpoint, their lack of any meaningful operational/technical knowledge and the condition of the trailer was not up to par with the standards I would think a Fortune 500 company should strive for. No company is better than the employees and equipment they deploy in the field and this experience is therefore rated as poor.
