Great service
Kelland WI failed to get the gentleman's name that helped me with my rental. He was very helpful and quite pleasant. He was busy, but he came out and helped me move the truck because it was a tight squeeze. I will rent from them again.

anthony hThe winches for the straps on this auto transport trailer were worn out. It was very difficult to tighten the straps and even more difficult to loosen them to remove the car from the trailer. I called this to the dealer's attention when I turned the trailer in and he immediately made a note to have the winches repaired or replaced! Other than that, this auto transport was the best one I have ever used. It pulled straight and true and quietly and did not veer left and right like some trailers are prone to do! Overall it was excellent except for the winches. I will definitely use U-Haul auto transporters again and I will use this dealer to rent them.
Kenneth AI tried several times to call this location with no contact. All I got was a message that the number did not have voice mail. I went to the location on June 21st approximately 3:00 pm and the office was closed. There was a drop box that you could leave keys but nothing else. I left the car hauler trailer there and tried again to contact the number listed with no results. I then went to another U-Haul dealer in Dublin, GA., and he gave me phone number to the regional U-Haul office, and I called them. The lady took my information and said she would contact the U-Haul dealer in Dublin, GA., to check-in the trailer on June 22. She stated that she would e-mail me confirmation of the transaction. This the only communication that we have received, since June 22nd.

John MThe original drop off location was closed and gated. I called and was given another location. We went there and it was 30 minutes from our location. I told the rep when I called that there were locations nearer but was ignored. With the cost of diesel, this was unnecessary and cost me more money. I even passed another location about half the distance but wasn’t given that option. Also, the location where I dropped it off was overrun with trailers and the guy was complaining about receiving another one. The experience of drop off was terrible and I rate it a complete and utter failure.

NAGLA AThe unit had cigarette ash in all of it's cupholders and debris on the floor of the truck's loading bay. There was a dirty head visor on the floor of the truck, and the driver's side mirror was zip-tied on. This made it impossible to reposition, so I had a great deal of trouble backing the truck up! Furthermore, the vendor was hardly professional, or even polite!
BRIAN HHeadlights were extremely dim and caused a dangerous driving environment during dark hours. (The turning signals put out more light than the headlights). Very hazardous to say the least.
Brian CThey were helpful with showing how to attached the car towing hitch, but the truck itself was full of red clay in the cab and there was a broken windshield and side mirror torn off.

Archie MHave trucks available where customers reserve them from. Don't allow renters to smoke in the vehicles. Mine smelled so bad when I picked it up. Maintain your trucks better
ANDREA EThe inside of the cab was very dirty. Old trash in floor board and doors. Sticky stuff everywhere. The back storage area was not swept upon retrieval. The driver mirror was unusable as the bottom mirror was missing a screw and flung out. The top part of mirror wouldn't stay in position. We had to move so took the truck anyway. It was something that if I had more time, I would have called to change locations of pickup because it was terrible. However, the staff was friendly at location. So customer service a plus.
