Trailer does not come with a trailer tongue jack. Pickup facility had it's own jack to get the trailer tongue on my hitch but rightfully kept it's own jack. Have a problem on the road like we had with our tow vehicle? No way to easily get trailer tongue off the ball hitch so the tow vehicle can be worked on in a vehicle service facility. Had to go find an auto parts store, buy a bottle jack, jack stands & chocks, then rig a way to safely disconnect trailer from my vehicle. Very inconvenient & wasted several hours of travel time daylight just getting what needed to lift the trailer tongue a few inches!Daniel B.

Make the registration easier. Send instructions ahead of time letting the customer know what to expect. Didn't know I'd need a passport or third reference or to chat with an agent, etc. It was all very confusing and frustrating - especially since I paid for 4 hours and the first 15 minutes were spent just getting the keys. Luckily I didn't need it for the full 4 hours but paying for 4 hours and potentially only getting 3.75 hours usage is a bit absurd since it's your process that delays everything. It happens every time I reserve a trailer from you guys at u-haul, I pick what trailer I want and I get the reservation number and put on my card then days later I get a e-mail saying the trailer is no longer available. This time the gave me a larger one but I did not need a bigger one and it is harder on my vehicle. The time before this I reserved 2 weeks in advance and in those 2 weeks I was told 4 times my trailer was no longer available. I found one myself the day before I needed it. You need to start giving your word. Your competition might cost a little more but at least they are reliable.Michael R.

I dropped off after hours and there wasn't space to maneuver a truck and trailer. Coupled with the fact that truck traffic was coming thru a shared gate, it was tight. I ended up having to unhook and push the trailer up an incline to get it out of the way. Luckily it wasn't too heavy. The location was close to my house, so it saved me some time.Brian R.

Make sure any prior damage is clearly noted - I missed that there was some slight damage on one of the fenders. The guy at Magic Dragon (drop of location) was awesome about it. Carrie & Barb were very helpful at check in and very pleasant to deal with.Dave B.

Agent who checked us in was great and very quick and personable. Issue out of their control (UHaul corporate scheduling) was our only issue. We had to drive an hour each way to get the truck due to availability. His is the second time that's happened. Not this sites fault, an issue with truck scheduling. My only concern was getting a call on Friday evening telling me the truck I reserved was not going to be available. The associate worked quite hard and did find a smaller one that worked out but it would have been an easier move with the one I reserved. However, it was a heart stopping experience to get such a call when we had to have one for Sunday and needed to do 24/7. Would have been an ultimate nightmare if we were "stranded" without a vehicle to move with.Patrick M.

The Tow Haul option stayed on the whole time which I am sure effected and lowered the MPG especially when it was traveling empty!!! I called and reported that to the location we picked the truck up from immediately Saturday morning May 30th when I noticed it at 9:30 am!
