truck was dirty and had damage that wasn't recorded. They didn't have the equipment I needed either which made me travel over the milage allotted to obtain. Overall bad experience and I'm not likely to use UHAUL again after this.Kyle H.

Gas station pick up location. Exchange processed from laptop behind a counter of lottery games and tobacco and marijuana accessories. Clerk had poor communication skills. This after not being notified that my pick up location had changed from original location.Seth K.

The sign is unclear that U-Haul is serviceable there. There is a sign, on the corner, but it is unclear that this is the location. They were very nice, but took a long time to come out from the back to process my paperwork. I will se them again though now that I know the process. I like U-Haul!!Robert Z.
We didn't realize that the location that was on the contract was different from Duck In. That location was closed on Sun. and we had to take the ferry from Lewes to Cape May. The gentleman at the counter called the owner who came right over and assisted us. It was such a relief to have someone do that.Robert W.

The worst experience I've ever had. On a time crunch and reserved Uhaul 2 days in advance. First location called next day and advised a one way trip took priority over 1 way. Reserved smaller truck online for next day with mobile pick up. Arrived next morning at scheduled time and local dealer had never left the keys for truck. Called uhaul and only truck was 30 minutes away. Arrived at that location to pick up truck and they had no clue. Finally after an hour delay we had a truck. Truck was in rough shape and had major mechanical issues. After all the run around we asked if we could drop truck off at original scheduled pickup location and were advised no. Never again.Jason T.

There was no key drop box at the drop off location in Pocomoke Md at the Duck In. I locked the key inside up under the visor. The parking lot felt very dangerous at night and there was no clear instruction to lock box location.Paul M.
