My experience was totally terrible, first, I got to where I was supposed to pick up my truck, it's not a uhaul office, it's a seedy motel, I waited for the message with the code to open the box where my keys were supposed to be, but yo my surprise they weren't there, I decided to ask the owner of the motel for help and he told me that he couldn't help me until 10 am (it was 8:30 AM) I told him that if he could help me, I just need to know where my keys are. and he responded very aggressively " call uhaul", after insisting and telling him that I was not going to leave there without my truck he told me "get the f#%* out of my property" to which I did not respond, I continued in my phone where to contact uhaul and then he comes out with a very violent attitude telling me, get out of here or I'll call the police, I told him to call them which is much better for me. In the end this guy kicked me out to the police and when they arrived they gave me the reason that he had to provide a service and he was not making the slightest effort to do so, fortunately the Uhaul office answered me, I was able to get the keys but unfortunately the Previous person had not done their checkout correctly. In conclusion, I lost two hours of my day, I had to pay the movers for two hours that they did not work, they called the police on me, they offended me and never received an apology for this

This remote experience ended up being more time consuming than just going to a uhaul place and working with a live representative.

Maybe understand what reservations are so when I go to pick one up I don't have to go to a separate location entirely.

This site gave us a month of nightmares. We turned the van in on time. We got a note from corporate a week later saying the truck was not turned in. We called this location, and people there were very confused and not helpful. They FINALLY found the truck and said they would take care of it. ANOTHER week later we got contacted by UHaul Truck Recovery saying the truck was missing. I was taking care of my father in the hospital in a different state and spent MORE time trying to fix this mess than with my father! I called the manager again and he said he would fix it. I was then CHARGED for an extra week of having the truck. I called this space again, and the person on the other end (not the manager) hung up on me and I was very polite just asking questions. I called corporate again and opened a formal complaint. The manager DID take the extra charges off, as we have proof we turned the truck in on time. This has caused me so much extra stress. As a matter of fact, my son needed one more truck and has decided to spend the money renting round trip so he doesn't have to drop the truck off here again.

My experience was all over the place. I was double booked to start off. I was sent to this location to get another truck. At this location I had to hold the manager’s personal phone to understand the Rep running this location. The whole check in process as a whole to an hour. Resulted in me spending more miles than needed because we were on a timetable that we did not meet

The guy passed me a mobile phone and I had to finish my rental with somebody on the phone.

1. The back door was jammed. 2. The gas was not where it was supposed to be. 3. The office was not helpful when we needed help. 4. My entire move was delayed and I had to pay a moving company $500 to come do the move for me because the back of the truck would not close.

Business owners were friendly and helpful. Small parking lot made it difficult to pick up and return rental unit.
