They charged me for a dent that was already there prior to me using it. Scam and waste of time.
Cedric CTruck needed new tires as the current ones are balding. Suspension was ROUGH and I was bouncing around all over the place on the interstate. Cabin looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages.
Nick JThey are fraudulent. I received a bill the following day stating that I didn’t feel up the gas, that’s a lie and provided POP (Proof of Payment) Don’t trust others and make sure you take photos. What an experience this was. Customers - pay attention and don’t trust anyone.

DEJUAN BThe u-haul representative claimed I went 90 miles on the vehicle. He had a picture of the odometer reading. I realized afterwards that this was impossible. Two trips to my home would be about 56 miles. I think he lied to me.

Victoria YAll Good except costing. $ 19._ for vehicle, $ 15 for insurance and $ 10 for medium sized 2 tyre cart to lift heavy refrigerator etc is ok becoz it was planned(19._+15+10=45$). but final cost I paid is 60$+fuel. I drive 9 Miles so $9._+tax comes 60+fuel is a bit bigger amount for me
Jose PWheels weren’t aligned in the truck. Tire blew out on the freeway and I almost swerved off the road. Roadside assistance said they would come in 30 minutes and it took over an hour. I called customer service and filed a complaint after I dropped off the truck and they still haven’t returned my call

Elizabeth WI waited for a hour for my rental, it was not wiped down, I did not receive either of my dollies I rented, I was overcharged and they charged for the wrong truck. I rented a 10” and was charged for a 15” and have the pictures to prove all of this.

Dawn WI was sent over 10 miles from the location I rented from to pick up the truck, so an extra $20 for mileage $ for gas the cost of uber to het there and back. The location was not in an area I was comfortable being in.
Bobby BI was running late and was told I could be up to 30 min late. I arrived 20 min late and was almost denied service because the store was closing. But...fortunately I got my truck after a little begging and stressing I was in close coordination about my timing throughout the day. I was unable to return the truck by closing time (the time truck was due) so I held it overnight and ensured I self checked it in "before" opening time the next day. Therefore I expected to pay for 2 days of rental fees. Well....they billed me 3 days and questioned my honesty even after i went through the self check in and dropped the key in the assigned box the day before. I also returned the truck at the gas level it went out on (1/4th tank). The bill came back at 1/16th tank and they invoiced me $54 in fuel related charges!!!! Fortunately i took a pic of the odometer and gas gauge to prove me right. Dunwoody Food Mart questioned my honesty and told me to call corporate. I called corporate and the rep, Nancy Davis was very understanding and politely verified all my claims as accurate and reversed the overbilling. She instilled my confidence to continue working with U-Haul but I will choose my next location more carefully and only use Dunwoody Food Mart if every other vendor in the reasonably near vicinity is out of stock. Take pictures of everything "just in case".

NELSON MA/C was out - a full disclosure of a $20 after hour charge was never mentioned. The customer service was not good- I had to come back because the vendor had to take a lunch break

vishay sI will give 1 star to u-haul at 6159 Roswell Rd, Sandy Springs, GA 30328 I had reservations for 26 feet truck and when i come at 8:30 they said that oops sorry but we don’t have this truck, and we don’t have another options. 30 minutes i try to call u-hall number and after woman help me and gave another address with 20 feet truck Ok

I have never been asked to do this at any other Uhaul. This location was extremely unprofessional. Would NEVER recommend the facility to anyone.

Anthony BNot marked so easy to miss. The app option was totally worthless. After 20 minutes of inputting data I got a message that there was a problem on their end. Only when I called did I learn that I could just go into the grocery store and pick up the key. Very frustrating. Put up some instructions near the trucks is my recommendation
Gregory CThe man responsible for the location is very rude. He's impatient and condescending towards his customers. He stated he had no time to answer my questions concerning the app. As a woman, I found him intimidating and had to have my husband intervene. He needs training on customer service.
TIF PThe customer service from the woman at the gas station was incredibly rude. Making some wait 5 mins while u stock the store was ridiculous. I would never ever recommend this location. Service so poor I had to comment on yelp about it.

Michelle HFrustrati g that the truck was on a fourth of a tank full. Had to fill up before even getting out of town charged for three days when I only needed it two. Charged me for more miles than I needed.
BO FTires were significantly low, and I had to go get the tires calibrated myself. The lady handling the rental was generally unhelpful and somewhat unfriendly.
