When I returned truck/equipment the gentleman behind the desk yelled at me for parking in front on the store. “You are supposed to park in the back and bring the dolly/ pads to the front”. No one told me to do that. He said “Yes we did”!! Reminded him he was not the gentleman that service me when I rented the equipment and not told that.” I mentioned to him I folded all the pads but couldn’t find the bag. Said “That’s your problem not mine we gave you a bag so you will have to pay.” So rude and unprofessional. Said “we don’t care. We get paid you pick up equipment you bring it back and You follow rules.” The most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had in my life. Gave me a sob story about all the people that left the truck in front of the store and he had to drive each one to the back of the building. Was that supposed to get him brownie points? And feel bad for him? Thumbs down for this location and unprofessionalism. Will never ever ever ever ever ever ever work with Uhaul again. especially this location! Sorry to inconvenience you Uhaul and your $400 that you charged me and additional charges that were unjustified I am fighting now!

The truck was Very Clean, almost like new. Very helpful and friendly guy in the store. Would recommend when you're in the Dunwoody area.

I picked the truck up this morning and it worked great for our move, however, when I went to refill the truck with gas I realized it took 10.6 gallons of fuel to refill the tank. I only drove the truck 50 miles so even though the gauge appeared full when I got the truck, it obviously wasn’t completely full. I should have only had to put in about 5 gallons and maybe I should have stopped the pump but I was trying to do the right thing. The location was courteous when I returned the truck and explained this but said my only recourse was to call the 800 uhaul number and try to work it out. I didn’t get a receipt at the gas pump because I had already hit the no receipt button. It probably cost me about $14 more than it should have because I filled it up more than the last person.

Great customer service. Danny was very friendly and helpful. I arrived late to turn the truck in after being stuck in traffic for hours and these guys were very understanding and helpful.

No customer service help at all No inspection done at the time the rental was returned Charge the credit card twice without authorization and without discussing with me (I was there and handed the keys over) so the expectation is that if there is something wrong to tell me while I was there and not just run my credit card without authorization Customer service and the amount of people that work there is dismissal.

They were rude and would not help me unload the trailer. I was told at the pickup location they would help me. I am 79 years old and thought I would need help. I came close to getting in f fight with him even though I am 79 he really made me mad . They are just lazy at this location and hopefully you will inform your customers they will not help you unload at this location!!! I would have gone elsewhere. I hope you will reprimand them. When I picked up the truck the cargo floor was still dirty from the last use. It appeared have what looked like concrete dust on the floor in separate places. The driver's cabin had small bits of debris on the floor and foot steps. The seats had on them what looked like the hair from a short haired dog or cat. When I mentioned all of this to the rental agent upon return he gave some BS story about how the previous day's renter left the truck in the parking lot with a window open before the store opened. I expect a clean rental vehicle upon pick and always return a clean vehicle. I'll rent from a different agent next time.

This is a convenience store with one attendant doing both UHaul and store business. The line was a little long. My expectation was that by doing the on-line process, I wouldn’t be waiting in line to pick up my truck. That was not the case. However, I don’t think that is an issue with the location but with the UHaul web site setting false expectations. The shop was very clean and the gentleman was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I had a pickup time at 9 am. I was at the store at 8:50 am. The owner/manger left a note on the door stating they "would be back in 15 min." They returned at 9:30 am. I wasn't able to get the truck until 9:45 am. I will not recommend anyone use their services..

This place was super convenient in the Dunwoody area and Dani who I worked with gave excellent service!!!~~ The online reservation gave me some issues with how long I needed the UHaul and Dani made everything right and gave me a great unique experience at this location. I definitely suggest this location!
