Actually have some customer service. Didn't even put my supplies in the truck. I had to load the appliance dolly and pads myself, and truck was far from front of store. Had to walk back and forth several times to get everything. Just horrible.Alejandra H.

mobile pick up took more than 30 mins, had to call the 800 number to release the truck, missing the ordered dolly and pads, return was a nightmare as well, had to call the 800 # again.milbert S.
No the Man that helped us was RUDE told Us To Bring The Vehicle Back Clean... It was Dirty inside and outside, trash,spiders, not well kept At All When We Got It! We Rented From Torrance a few weeks before they were nice and Vehicles were Clean!Kimberlie R.
The location was at a gas station /auto body repair shop. The gentleman was not friendly the original van/truck I ordered was at that location that's why I went there, but I had to lyft there and when I saw it was not enough room so I needed a truck for my move . He only had 2 other trucks, one medium box size and a larger one. So he tells me they were both unavailable he system showed they were reserved already but then one became available I guess bcz they changed their reservation time. So I reluctantly went ahead with taking it bcz I felt I had no choice and I'm new to the area so I did. The truck was filthy dirty on the outside as well as when I got in there were two opened water bottles sitting there I was disgusted but felt still I had no choice. He was able to provide me rubber gloves and he had Kleenex type of tissue so I had my own sanitizer to be able to wipe down. I feel those kind of side uahul rental places should have the same standards as a regular uhaul locations they should be required to keep the trucks in a manner that's acceptable for the new customer that rent them. No I would not go back there and I wouldn't refer to anyone.Rhonda M.

Only problem I had is I was guaranteed a price, but when I picked my vehicle, they gave a higher rate. The rate they promised me was $195. 00 plus tax, and informed me that 6 blanket, a refrigerator dolly, hand truck, and a furniture dolly would be included in my deal, along with 65 extra miles, so I wouldn't go over my milage, my rental cost me over $312. 00 which put me in a financial bind, especially during Thanksgiving holiday week, it eventually cost me over $130. 00 more. The only satisfying thing was the representative said she was going to give me a $50.00 discount, plus $2 dollars off per dolly, I wouldn't get for 6 to 8 weeks. Why so long.carlos Q.

This is an unscrupulous shop. I drove 11 miles and I added gas when I do return. When I received the U-Haul receipt today , There charged extra 2.7 gallons of gas. The guy who has no brains.hankang L.

Increase the response time and accuracy on your website. I chose the location that was closest to me that had what I needed according to your website, then 10 minutes later I got a confirmation text giving me a location 3 times further away than the choice your website gave. Very misleading and inconvenient. The employee where I did have to go was good though.BRIAN C.

I was sold insurance after I made it clear that I informed staff that I was insured by my carrier and I will not need insurance. Staff lied and said the extra money was a result of mileage. I was also refused a receipt, and told I could look at my email. My return U haul store assigned was Baldwin Hills. When I got there my reservation was not in the system. The customer service was poor, the person who rented the truck to me had a very bad attitude and made some unnecessary comments which I got past because I needed the truck. They also didnt have mattress covers available, just the usual blankets to cover the furniture but stored on the top shelf inside a mechanics garage was not a purchase I wanted to make. Learning point for me is to scope out the location better before reserving.Leo M.
Scheduling manager didn't schedule us for our desired location. I complained to him of not even trying to change to this Vineyard location as previous rented in past years. He finally solved it and we got our vineyard location for pick up. Casey is the operation person at Vineyard and pleased that he helped us.Pat C.

I have to say, this was a disappointing experience. In my past experience with uhaul, the customer service was awesome and it didn't leave me feeling uncomfortable, as this experience had. I paid $.99 per mile, which is the most I've ever paid! It was too high. I had no time to go to one of the other Uhaul stores that I have use in the past. I used this location because it was reccomend by customer service, when the truck I ordered was unavailable at the location I selected. I asked for a receipt because as I said I felt uncomfortable with the guy assisting me. He told me to check my email. I didn't get said receipt until this morning. Instead of showing us to the truck, he sent us to the truck with the the keys and instructions. Told me to take pictures , and advised me he would not be there at the time I was returning the truck. I was told to leave the keys the the gas station attendant. In all honesty I feel as if my rental should be refunded. Don't ever use this Uhaul.Richina B.

I reserved a moving truck at one location. The truck was not there. I got bounced to 2 other locations. What happened to customer service. All i wanted was a truck at the location i requested.CHARLES R.
Customer service is horrible, argued with me the entire drop off because he was overcharging for mileage as well as insurance. Also had no paper to print receipt, said his boss was in Europe and he wasn't able fix the issue himself. Would not recommend this location. Very rude and no customer service skills.Christine R.

My son and I went to the Rancho Cucamonga office on 7/29/18 to rent either a 15' or 20' van. Unfortunately they did not have any available but they looked in their networked software and stated the Upland office had one available and they gave us a confirmation number. We went to the Upland office and they stated, "No, we don't have any available but let me look to see where we can find you one. Oh, there's one available at the Rancho facility." I stated, "We were just there and they're the ones that sent us here!" They ended up sending us to Ontario. Your network software needs some serious attention.GREG M.
