Had a reservation for 5:45pm, the wife tells me the husband is not here and he will complete the paper work and give the truck. The husband comes 15 mins later and i end up leaving the location around 6:05pm. The person did not tell me where to return it, so i brought it to his garage and he told me no i have to being it back where i took it from which was on the street (regular parking) which was packed so i brought it to his parking lot. I asked him to Atleast take a look at the car for gas and do the check and he refused to and argued to park it on the street. Very unprofessional, unpunctual and messy location.

Naresh PHave snow and ice removed, do not ask the customer to do it , took me almost half an hour. Canadian winters are cold, but be professional and go check the truck with the customer before and after instead of telling them to take pictures. Do not do the return documentation by yourself after the customer left mentioning he didn’t fill up the tank full, when he has pictures he did fill the tank full.

Philippe HPoor service, poor quality. The cars are parked quite far from the pickup spot. I got charged 60$ more than the price advertised on your website even though I didn’t exceed the kilometers. It was very hard to find, I lost a lot of time doing so. What happened to U-Haul?!??!!

ABDULLHAFED AMy recent experience with Uhaul has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. The truck they provided us with was incredibly old and emitted smoke throughout the entire rental period. It was not only inconvenient but also a major safety concern. To make matters worse, upon returning the truck, I was charged a whopping $80 for fuel, despite the business owner assuring me that I could bring it back at the same level it was rented. This unexpected charge felt like a complete betrayal of trust. Furthermore, it seems that Uhaul has a penchant for applying hidden fees. These undisclosed charges only served to add insult to injury and left me feeling like I had been taken advantage of. Overall, my experience with Uhaul was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this company for their moving needs. The old and smoke-filled truck, the deceptive fuel charge, and the hidden fees have left me feeling like my hard-earned money was stolen.
Mehdi BOffice was filled with either cigarette or incense smoke and was not clean. There were piles of junk everywhere. Was initially charged for insurance even though I declined when I reserved. I was then pressured to take it. Then when I returned I was verbally told a total that still had the insurance on it and the rep made an excuse that it was a charge for not having cleaned the vehicle and that I needed to specify everything that was wrong with the vehicle when I picked it up.

LIONEL WArrived for my pick up time and the seller repeating that i need to wait but the vehicule is parked 5min from garage, i finally pick it up 35 minutes late, the seller has 0.001/100 of Customer service and communication skills, he speaks like we work for him and don't care about your time or if you have an appointment for something, plus of that he's a scammer i refueled the vehicule like it was but charged me 13$ gas even when I showed him a picture of fuel gauge before the vehicle use and when i began losing control and speak loud he say i don't care call the company, he gives a really really bad image about the company, i will never ever return to this location or recommand it for someone
Riyadh RHave requested a 10' cabin truck but this truck was buried in snow. A 15' cabin truck has been provided instead at the same price of the 10' cabin truck but was more costly for the gas.

cassandra mMy reservation for the 24h service was cancelled without any notice and this caused my whole plans to be changed and i had to pay 100$ extra to the people whi were helping menwith moving. Also, I had to go pick the truck at another shop that was 30mn axay whilenthe one i booked was just 10mn away from my place. The oberall process ´eed to be reviewed as well as there are too many unknown informations before you can get the keys to your vehicle.
Malick DTerrible customer service, had to wait 15 minutes to pickup the truck and no staff was available for drop-off (we waited 10 more minutes before he showed up). We also had to argue about the gas level and I was suppose to receive a 5-10$ rebate that I never got. All in all terrible experience.
Renaud BI chose to the over counter service, and they rep called me and pushed me to do it online because his main business is to sell/repair cars. He said that 99% of people do it online and I should do the same. If that was the case, you should not offer the over the counter service and just have one option at the time of booking. In addition, at the time of booking I specifically said that I did not want any insurance. However the rep never asked me anything about it and still charged me a 18$ fee for without properly questioning me. I would never deal with this local toon again.

JAVIER Athe gentleman was very nice to me and took the trouble to explain the procedure to me since I was renting a truck for the first time.
Hélène RSafety protection plan was added even though I chose not to when reserved the truck online. Yes, the owner/manager confirmed with me orally together with other costs before added it to the bill, it’s still inappropriate as I already waived it when reserved and checked in.

Donel MIt was a dump! The exterior looks like an abandoned lot, garbage everywhere. Inside looks like a hoarder lives there. Super unprofessional. The person who served me was competent however took 10 minutes to find the keys that were on the desk. It felt awful to be in a place like that, especially since you had no available trucks 3 minutes from my home. I have a picture of the outside if you want to see it.

TIJO TCustomer service was very poor. The guy on the desk doesn’t know how to talk with the clients. Another thing he send us two different locations to pick the truck we were waiting for an hour then he called us and send another location. Then he’s saying like it was our mistake I mean seriously you mailed us the location to pick the truck and we went their and there was no one and after call sending us another location and shouting on us really great thing. Will never like to use your service thanks alot for your experience.
