Our overall experience w uhaul was horrible; not because of the specific locations we picked up and dropped off at. We reserved a truck over a month ago, & found out 2 days before we needed it, that the new pick up location they assigned would add 2 hours of driving for us that day. We are the ones who found a new pick up location, because the multiple uhaul representatives we spoke to said nothing else was availableJohn C.
The truck smelled like pee. Customer service was great and location was good. Also the gas was only half filled and it's normally supposed to be filled so we don't have to guess how much to put in when returning.madison E.

My only comment is that it didn't look like they were prepared to receive a larger 26' vehicle, only smaller rentals due to them being in a congested urban area.Michael S.
The manager at this location seemed bothered that we were there. The customer service agent who called us and had to change our reservation confirmed that a truck was available here, he told us that the truck would be ready at 10:00 when in fact it wasn't due back until 11:00. The manger seemed annoyed and did not communicate to us what was wrong and seemed annoyed that we were there. We waited patiently and kindly the hour and a half not knowing why the truck was late. He finally explained what happened but was not nice at all and our experience was tainted from this gentleman. We rent uhauls often and always have a great experience. Now, when I drive by this location I will think of this experience. Not cool as this is in my own neighborhood. Super ackward and uncomfortableOctober A.

All vehicles should be inspected & repaired if needed prior to assigning to another customer. I was assigned a vehicle that had 2-3 chips in the windshield from rocks or whatever. The employee in Duluth was very helpful in assigning me a different ruck to use - for safety reasons.Lynn L.

I arranged an after hours mobile reservation online to pick the truck up at 7pm because of my work schedule. I completed the online check in and all seemed fine. When I arrived to pick up the truck and clicked "pick up my truck" online it told me it was not available and to return at 9 the following morning when they opened. The previous renter had apparently returned the truck too late. I had arranged pick up and loading help that night and this set me back hours for my move. When I picked the truck up they said it was "unfortunate" but there was no offer to compensate me in any way.Lee G.
I walked into a store the other day and asked the clerk if she spoke Russian. She looks up and says I am from Poland and I am offended because of that remark. That was a joke.. This really happened. I walked into your store the other day and asked your clerk if he spoke Spanish ( I asked the question in Spanish) The clerk then said. "I am Native American and I am offended because of that question". I should have told him that I am offended by the tattoos on his head, neck, hands and arms. But I kept my mouth shut like he should have done. Your clerk had absolutely no people skills at all. I will never go back to that store and I will also tell everyone I know about it... 2). I drove the 12 miles and had to put 6 gallons of gas into it. That is 2 miles per gallon. Something just isn't right there at that store.Robert K.
Staff was friendly, and truck was clean and in good condition. I was given the option to estimate the mileage I would be driving. I estimated I would drive 40 miles. The staff member told me I would be charged $0.79 per mile over the 40 mile option I chose. The bill did not reflect this agreed upon proposal. I was charged $1.19 for every mile I drove. This is an unfair business practice, and I would rate this location very poorly.john S.

When uhaul changed our reservation pick up location they changed it from a round trip (pick up/drop off at same location) to a one way without informing me. The location didn't communicate that change would charge me more than the anticipated charge. I'm not pleased with that, it was not transparent. I have done other moves with uhaul and may not go through uhaul again.Laura H.
