Very quick and painless pick up procedure. I would have liked for the assistant to confirm pre-existing damage and that I was familiar with the vehicle prior to allowing me to drive off.

BENJAMIN MUpon opening the back of the uhaul to load my furniture I noticed the floor looked like it was mopped either dirty water and left to dry. The overhang/mom's attic was filled leafs ND what looked like hay. Other than that the vehicle was fine and the move went smoothly

However, when I step inside the store, she was not wearing a mask herself. Please help me understand! She gave me a substandard rental that I complained about the way it looks multiple times. She told me I don't have to worry about anything because I have purchased the insurance. This was true but I didn't want to pay for a new trailer for her. I will not recommend this U-haul location to anyone.

Mary KDo not rent 26 foot trucks with a 3 1/2 week prior reservation and then tell the customer sorry we only have a 20 foot truck available, sorry business practice for the customer to suffer for your lack of trucks. Why even reserve in advance. It wasn't a request, it was a need. And then offer an additional trailer only after I called to complain, because the truck was too small to hold a 4 bedroom, two car garage home, without making two trips, and yet I wasn't offered a lower mileage, such as half of the outrageous $.89 cents a mile, instead of a trailer. It wasn't my fault, for your lack of equipment. I am a very unsatisfied customer, and I have used uhaul rentals at least 20 times, as an adult and I am unsure if I ever will again, nor will I recommend them to any one. I have moved at least 20 times in 30 years.
