john wI did not like having to stand in the store and download an app to get checked in. I also did not like the information that is now stored by your company such as my drivers license and a candid photo of my face when there was an employee there who could have just looked at my ID and my face. I’m not even of the older generation but the over automation of anything and everything is becoming really tiresome and also problematic to anyone who is paying any attention at all.

Raiven FTell me where to find the truck instead of hiding stone if them in the back. Also never provided information about how to get a key. Truck share took us 45 minutes to pick up. Talked with a person on the phone and watched the instructional video and was not warned that I would be required to provide a photo of my passport. What a ridiculous requirement. Truck share is an awful service.

Christopher SI was charged an additional $100 for cleaning, gas and after hours drop off. The truck was immaculate when we returned it, and we turned it above where it was on gas when we checked it out. The after hours service fee I’ve never been charged once in over 200 plus uhaul rental experiences. This place is a scam that niched and dimes. Expect to pay well above what you should here.

Alo AI can't remember the gentleman's name that assisted us but he was amazing. There was a hiccup in the beginning but he made sure we had no issues and even checked us in after he had already closed bc he wanted to be extra sure we were charged accurately.

anothony mIt was difficult because the location is part of a strip mall. Most of the rentals were behind the building, which is huge. I didn't want my personal vehicle left back there, so had to park in front and walk all the way behind. I'd never done mobile check-in either and had a super hard time finding the keys and then I didn't know the code.
Jeremy HShop operator was very friendly and extremely professional. On my return, he was juggling four customers while the UHaul on-line system was malfunctioning, and he handled it like a champ! I highly recommend!
